RE: Outlook Web Access behindshorewallfirewalldoesn''t work
Thanks Bradley, Yes, it works fine inside the firewall. And otherwise there is no proxy server. Its just the MS Small Business Server behind the firewall. Let me remove port 80 just to see what happens... bk -----Original Message----- From: shorewall-users-bounces@lists.shorewall.net [mailto:shorewall-users-bounces@lists.shorewall.net] On Behalf Of Bradey Honsinger Sent: January 3, 2005

Using private & public addresses together i n the Shorewall''s DMZ zone
To rephrase the question, "Can I use masquerading and proxy ARP in the same zone simultaneously?" It''s not a stupid question--I couldn''t see any reason why it wouldn''t work, but I had actually try it out to convince myself that it did (which isn''t a bad thing to do before posting the question to the list, by the way). In any case, the answer is

RE: Outlook Web Access behind shorewall firewalldoesn''t work
Thanks for such a quick reply Tom! Any suggestions then as to what I might do other than putting a second nic in the SBS and opening it up for web access? I don''t like the idea, but since MS SBS includes fireall that is actually what MS suggests. Outlook Web Access behind shorewall firewall doesn''t work
Hello, I have a MS Exchange (small business server) that was just upgraded to 2003, behind a bering (shorewall) firewall. OWA is experiencing the issues described in the following technet article: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;280823 OWA displays Loading, and does not display properly. I am already running over https. (ports 80 and 443 are DNATed to the server).

Shorewall site search is now available agai n
Hmm--either the indexing process is still running, or it''s broken again. It''s 0443 GMT, and I can''t get the search engine to find anything on the mailing list or the web site (I used ''dns'' as my search term). It''s not that big of an inconvenience, though--Googling for ''site:shorewall.net dns'' does pretty much the same thing.

Two web servers on DMZ zone with private ad dresses. How to?
That log message looks like someone (or some program) is trying to browse to moreover.com from your web server machine--it''s not a reply to an external request. You''d see messages like that if you were running some sort of HTTP proxy server (like Squid) on that box (although they''d likely be to multiple IPs, unless your users only browsed to p.moreover.com). It could

Is this an exploit of some sort?
Those are just late DNS replies--port 53 is DNS, and the IP you gave points to a DNS server (ns1.gci.net). "dig -x" is your friend :) The connection tracking table used by iptables to masquerade your internal network will only "hold open" a UDP connection for a certain amount of time; if no traffic flows in either direction, the entry in the connection tracking table will be

samba 4 domain join to win 2008r2 level DC w/ a schema with exchange 2010 extensions: replication after the join is broken
I tried to join a samba4 to a win2008r2 level domain (OS level 2012) running exchange 2010. The join succeeds but the later replication is broken due to schema differences. In order to to find the cause, I started a test setup with: * a win2008r2 DC w/ minimal AD * upgraded the schema and the OS to 2012 (function level is still 2008r2) * and added a exchange server to the domain. And that is

Joining Samba4 to Domain as DC with Small Business Server 2008 - error with Exchange ldap entries
Hi All I'm trying to join and existing Windows domain with Samba4, on Centos 6.5 Final. I initially tried with the Centos rpm's but it seems the samba-tools didn't exist so I am now using the rpms from SerNet Enterprise SAMBA. The current DC is a Windows Small Business Server 2008 that provides file, print, DNS, DHCP, AD and MS exchange/Outlook Web access. The domain Company.local

ADS data crippled after joining Samba into active MS domain
Hi together, after joining Samba 4.1.6 into our domain with 2 MS Win2008 R2 DCs on last Friday, we had got 2 accidents: 1. one of our users couldn't access his Exchange account any more (the relation to the correct mailbox database was empty) 2. Exchange 2010 Outlook Web Access (OWA) fails today on Monday with following error message: [PS] C:\Windows\system32>Get-OwaVirtualDirectory

Comparing figures?
Hello, I am working on tests to compare figures. I have been using ImageMagick, which creates a figure signature, and I can compare a "test" figure signature against a saved "reference" figure signature. It seems to work pretty well. However, it is slow as it requires reading from the file system. Are there any options to compare figures on memory? For example, if I

I suggest perceptual diff. You could write a wrapper around it. http://pdiff.sourceforge.net On Mon, 7 May 2018 16:49 Ramiro Barrantes, <ramiro at precisionbioassay.com> wrote: > Hello, > > I am working on tests to compare figures. Wine 0.9 - IE - OWA
Hi guys Has anyone have any workarounds with Internet Explorer 6 not displaying the mailbox on Outlook Web Access properly? My specs: Wine 0.9 on FC4, IE6 installed using ies4linux The problems (as I can see): the right-click context menu on the mailbox doesn't work (it doesn't display anything) and the compose email interface is missing the place where you can actually type your mail

Spiral SIP Request problem
Hello, I am using OpenSIPS to register all the users and planning to use asterisk for Auto Attendant, Queues, Voicemail and Conference Bridge. I have a scenario where the signaling does not happen properly: 1) A user from Opensips dials an extension 7000 which is an auto-attendant extension. The call is routed to asterisk to play the auto attendant messages like Welcome and Dial the
