Not sure if the patches you already have address this, but here are some hacks I collected to try to get libFLAC to build on Windows for Mixxx: http://mixxx.org/wiki/doku.php/build_windows_dependencies#libflac I have never actually gotten it to build on x64 and right now just use OpenCodecs' distribution (also mentioned at that link) which has Visual Studio files that build fine for me.

I have 2 icecast servers and neither will play music, 1 gentoo, the other ubuntu when connect to a mount and trying to broadcast via mixxx using both mp3 or ogg. We (Mixxx) have a user who reported an issue with hostname resolution. Here's the bug report: https://bugs.launchpad.net/mixxx/+bug/1391654 They say their hostname resolves to both ipv4 and ipv6 and they bound icecast to the ipv4 interfaces. I figured out half the issue. Icecast appears to be transmitting on port 8000 just fine. The more I dig, the more I realize icecast is fine. Browser vlc seems to be broke.
