pam_smbpass can't find password database
Hello Sorry for disturbing again. It looks like I must pass lot of compilation issues to force pam_smbpass working. And I don't believe, that nobody faced same problems as I do, because I am using quite trivial configuration without success, so maybes somebody can share experience with pam_smbpass under Solaris or help me identify what's wrong with it ? So finally I wrote my own pam

Memory leak on Icecast 2.3.2 / Debian ?
Hi, I've been noticing a huge memory usage on Icecast 2.3.2 on multiple debian instances. They are using like 100 MB after a day and going on until they hit like 1 GB.. So I ran one in valgrind, and killed it after ~24h, here is the output: ==30481== ERROR SUMMARY: 0 errors from 0 contexts (suppressed: 38 from 3) ==30481== malloc/free: in use at exit: 44,448,584 bytes in 44,470 blocks.

Problem with ices on OpenBSD 2.9 w/ Icecast 1.3.10
Not got to the bottom of it yet, but commenting out both LOG_INFO lines in thread/thread.c stops it segfaulting. Now I'm back to the old problem of a 128k stream not being sent fast enough to the clients. SAMBA 3.0 joining Domain fails with SuSE rpm's
Hello, I'm not sure if it's a bug - or I'm just too stupid..!? Downloaded the Samba beta-code from ftp.suse.com/gd - rpm's for SuSE 8.2 (03/06/22). Installed all packages with no problems - samba works well, but integration in a W2K Domain fails. Kinit is successful but joining a domain brings up the following errors. nas-01:~ # net ads join [2003/06/23 21:44:41, 1]

rawplayer in asterisk 1.0.0
Hi, We are using asterisk version 1.0.0. For queue'ing we use the rawplayer script to play a music file in the background. Now we see that after a while all the sessions on our Linux environment will be taken by the rawplayer process. An example of such a session is (done with ps -ax|grep rawplayer) 24785 ? Icecast URL authentication problem
Hi, If you're running icecast in a jail root (chroot enabled), then you may not have a properly setup DNS resolver.
