Icecast streaming https
I am struggling to get icecast running with https, but I cannot get it working
My environment is: Debian 10 (Buster)
I tried the standard debian package but there is no SSL capability at all.
So I compiled the icecast-2.4.4.tar.gz contents with ./configure --with-curl --with-openssl; make; make install
I always get the error: [2020-02-05 17:35:36] INFO connection/get_ssl_certificate

Voicemail File permissions
I'm working on an application that monitors, displays and manipulates
voice mail messages for individual clients, with an option to click and
play in a windows interface. The problem is that I need to create a
Samba share that is accessible by the Windows file system object and I
don't want to give the share root access. What I need is for the voice

Icecast-dev Digest, Vol 154, Issue 2
I am struggling to get icecast running with https, but I cannot get it working
My environment is: Debian 10 (Buster)
Question 1:
I tried the standard debian icecast2 package but there is no SSL capability at all.
Is there a reason for this ? The icecast documentation mentions: Packages are built with openSSL enabled.
Question 2:
I tried to compile the latest version from github

The command and error message are as follows:

table structure for cdr_mysql and placed the appropriate settings in the
cdr_mysql.conf file. However when I do a show modules at the CLI I cannot
find cdr_mysql.so.

You shouldn't need to, no.
I'm guessing you've got a cruddy version installed from somewhere else, else
the yum install would have just worked, but I'm just guessing as you've not

install rrdtools-devel / rrdtool-perl
Hi guys , Im have some problems installing the following packages:
rrdtool-devel
rrdtool-perl
Before we moved to centos/rhel7 it was a simple task, just doing:
yum install rrdtool rrdtool-devel and rrdtool-perl was enough.
Now, I only can install the rrdtool package but not rrdtool-devel and
rrdtool-perl.
I tryed adding some repos, but I think I added wrong ones.
Also tryed downloading and

Im very sorry.
You were right, yum install works flawlessly for rrdtool, rrdtool-devel
and rrdtool-perl packages.
I tryed on a fresh centos7 install.
The problem is that my Os is not a centos7 instead is a redhat 7.
Since I dont have any support for this , I asked some help here. I
thought that repositories are the same for fedora, redhat and centos.
My mistake ...
I dont know what to do now.

Perl-related problem on rrdtool?
On CentOS 4.5, I have Cacti and Nagios installed. I'm trying to
"glue" them together with a program called n2rdd but am having a
problem that I wondering is Perl-related.
When I run "tail /var/log/nagios/rra/n2rrd.log", I see lots of this
sort of thing:
