[PATCH/cygwin] reduce number of propagated environment variables
Hi, could somebody apply the below patch, please? It removes a couple of environment variables which are propagated to the child process so far, but which not really necessary to keep child processes running. What's left now is the bare minimum which is requested by scripts, typically. Thanks, Corinna Index: openbsd-compat/bsd-cygwin_util.c

Remake configure/config.h.in/etc.
Since multiple people have applied my UseLogin patch and failed to get it to work because configure/config.h.in were not automatically rebuilt, I decided it was time to add some rules to the Makefiles to update these things. The appended patch will cause a "make" to rebuild configure, config.h.in, config.h, and both Makefiles if the appropriate source file(s) change. It will also run

getpgrp
These days, sshd.c has: static void grace_alarm_handler(int sig) { ... if (getpgid(0) == getpid()) { signal(SIGTERM, SIG_IGN); killpg(0, SIGTERM); } sigdie(...); } however (really) old BSDs do not have getpgid(). They do have getpgrp(), which does what we want here. The question is what to do if we have neither: return the pid (and thus

patch for FLAC
Hey, Sesse asked me to do a patch to the auto* set-up to allow for FLAC to be added. The patch touches configure.in and oggenc/Makefile.am It is disabled by default, use --enable-flac as an arg to configure to enable it. You might want to maybe add more checks, since FLAC's API tends to change more than is good for anyone ;) Hope that helps, Thomas -- The Dave/Dina Project : future

Re: [nut-commits] svn commit r746 - trunk/packaging/RedHat
With automake, we collectively need to check to see if 'make distcheck' still works after adding or removing files. Basically, nothing will make its way into the NUT distribution tarball unless it is somehow mentioned in one of the Makefile.am files. See the packaging/RedHat directory for an example. Niels, thank you for spotting the extra nut.spec file in SVN; however, it needs to be
