Request to an hpa-TFTP enhancement - convert '\' in filenames to '/'
Hello, I'm working on getting BartPE (normally a LiveCD of Windows XP) network booted by PXE from a Linux TFTPD server. Normally a M$ RIS server with Active Directory and stuff is necessary, but the basic filetransfers are all done by TFTP and SMB and can therefore be delivered by a Linux machine. I'm referring to this documentation http://oss.netfarm.it/guides/pxe.php how to do

I'll try and look at it today, but for hivex the tarball is currently identical to what is in git. Rich. -- Richard Jones,

wiki.centos.org logo behaviour
Im curious ? When I click on the logo in upper left corner on wiki.centos.org then I get to the wiki frontpage, not the www.centos.org page!?! This is a bit redundant IMHO, I already have the "frontpage" menu, but there is no way to navigate back to www from the wiki as I can see. And thats the beaviour on http://bugs.centos.org/main_page.php, click on logo gets you back to www.

Problems with points in plots when importing from pdf to an SVG editor
Dear R-users When trying to import graphics from an pdf-file to a Vector graphics editor (I use Inkscape, but i've confirmed the same problem on adobe products), all points in the graphics turn out as "q"s. This example displays the beaviour: pdf(file="points are weird.pdf") plot(1:5) dev.off() When importing the file to inkscape, I get five neatly arranged little

Ogv file only plays in VLC / Can't be used by most tools.
Hi, I'm new here - thanks for having me. (Sorry if I'm in the wrong place or a noob.) I downloaded the Theora encoder sample (ver 1.1.1), modified it to encode a sequence of bitmaps, and created an OGV file. The OGV file plays fine in the latest VLC (1.0.5), but I can't do much else with it: I tried uploading to YouTube, and the video just comes out really corrupt:

playlist handler questions
I have a bad habit of re-creating the wheel, and have the feeling Im missing some critical info, so... before I delve any deeper I wanted to throw this out there for some clarity: Im all kinds of confused about building a playlist handler. Lets say I wanted on demand streaming... (running icecast-1.3.12, ices-0.2.3 on RH7.2) I COULD conceivably write a cgi that says: heres a list of tunes check

Ices2 Script Playlist Handler
I am just curious as to if the Ices2 Script playlist option is even able to be tested as yet? I would love to have this option available, as it was (and will be again) an integral part of my web site. If there is anything I can do to help speed the development along, I would be more than happy to contribute. I had written a MySQL playlist handler for the original Ices, and I really love the

Ices2 Script Playlist Handler
Okay then!! Why does the default conf file still say "Only 'basic' implemented"? It took me pouring over the code to figure out what the proper option names are for the script playlist settings. We should provide an example config. Here's mine. <p> <input> <module>playlist</module>

IceS 2 - scripted playlist
Hi - Sorry if this has been answered - i've been away from this list for a few months. Just got IceS 2 and Icecast 2 setup and running :) Looking at the sample ices-playlist.xml, it seems only the basic playlist type is implemented. Looking at the source, however, (and this is a bad idea I'm sure, because I am a novice programmer:) there seems to be some reference to a scripted playlist.

IceS playlist & directory ?
Greetings Is it possible to command IceS to play from a directory instead of creating a playlist with several hundred mp3's. I have read through the threads and notice that Ices can do some great things but I am swithching from a Win2k environment so I am not familiar with python and perl. Is what I am asking possible? Is there some one willing to share scripts created for Ices?
