How would caching the stream content in browsers be useful to anyone? It surely always needs to be set to no-cache. -----Original Message----- From: Icecast [mailto:icecast-bounces at xiph.org] On Behalf Of webmaster at berean-biblechurch.org Sent: Tuesday, 2 June 2020 1:35 p.m. To: Icecast streaming server user discussions Subject: Re: [Icecast] Icecast Stream Keeps Repeating Sent Friday 29th

Re Jordan's Reply Icecast Stream Keeps Repeating Sent Friday 29th May 2020 At: 20.54.hrs GMT
Hello Jordan, Many thanks for your prompt reply with your advice. I created a web page with only an HTML5 audio player, ( The page being on my desktop ), with the listening URL stream source code. I started a test stream and a few seconds later the stream was playing on my audio player, on my page, although with the audio repetitions being heard after about six seconds. So I thought that this

Default wine registry timezone from GMT 0 to GMT -3
Hi, I've installed an app on Wine 1.2 on an Ubuntu 8.04 install. The app works, but takes the timezone from wine registry that it?s set, by default, to a GMT 0, and I need set the tz in wine registry on GMT -3. I wish to know if there is any way to set the timezone (GMT-3) in Wine , so that apps use the correct timezone and time. I can't find where set the TimeZone config in the

qemu-xen-traditional: NOCACHE or CACHE_WB to open disk images for IDE
Hi list, Recently I was debugging L2 guest slow booting issue in nested virtualization environment (both L0 and L1 hypervisors are all Xen). To boot a L2 Linux guest (RHEL6u2), it will need to wait more than 3 minutes after grub loaded, I did some profile, and see guest is doing disk operations by int13 BIOS procedure. Even not consider the nested case, I saw there is a bug reporting normal VM

[nbdkit PATCH 0/3] Add noparallel filter
Being able to programmatically force nbdkit to be less parallel can be useful during testing. I was less sure about patch 3, but if you like it, I'm inclined to instead squash it into patch 1. This patch is written to apply after my NBD_CMD_CACHE work (since I touched the nocache filter); but can be rearranged if we think this series should go in first while that one undergoes any adjustments

I can not tell from the docs or from the mailing list what is the state of timezone support in the iCalendar package? If I want to parse an iCalendar file that has non utc dstarts and dends will it convert those times to UTC or otherwise allow me to do that? When I tried to parse an iCalendar input file started off with something like this: BEGIN:VCALENDAR METHOD:REQUEST

sambaLogonHours - Really GMT?
Hi, I'm using BRST timezone (Brazilian East), and AFAIK[1], sambaLogonHours stores it in GMT timezone. IIRC, the NT PDC is comparing with its local time. For example, if the user is allowed to log between 6am to 6pm, it will work with BRST timezone, even usrmgr.exe hours restriction is supposed to be in GMT time. However, when trying to log on a Samba machine, with LDAP backend, it is

Voicemail: Timestamp suddenly reverted to GMT!!
I wonder if I'm the only one who finds Allison reading the timestamp on my voicemails in GMT, after months of having it done with the local time I have set in voicemail.conf. The timestamps on the message files, and the emails that are sent, are correct. Only the spoken dates appear to be affected. Thanks. B.
