Geoblocking on Icecast stations (radionomy)
Hi, I stumpled upon Icecast, but I effectively can only play few stations because somehow most of the stations that I'm interested in use the radionomy service. After some research I found out that I'm not the only one and that this company is blocking many countries worldwide: https://www.google.com/search?q=this+radio+station+is+not+available+in+your+country+site:board.radionomy.com

yp.xml - Size and Contents
Hi all, 1. I recently noticed that yp.xml is still limited to 1,000 entries only while the web directory says there are over 21K streams. I remember some discussions regarding the bandwidth required to serve this file, so is it possible to get it in compressed format? Here are some figures: - the yp.xml as served now (1K entries) is 343 KB. This means 21K entries will be around 7 MB. -

Icecast YP listing
Hey, I'm having trouble getting my radio stream to list properly on the directory. We recently moved to icecast from shoutcast and it seems like the listen links are still pointing to the old radionomy streams. Plus, I've updated the website URL in the encoder to https://myvictory.ca/radio/ but it isn't getting updated in the directory. The only thing it's getting from my icecast

Any api (agi/ari/ami) equivalent of "core show calls"?
Wow! I've been *-ing for about 6 years and had literally no idea about that! I can see a way I could put it to a different use, but it seems to be a bit of a sledgehammer to crack the walnut of "how many current callers" compared to one line of (albeit hacky) dialplan. That's making me sound ungrateful. I don't mean to be! On Sun, 14 Jun 2020, 22:39 Steve Edwards,

Hi! I'm here again, I hope I am not too boring! I took some radios from yp.xml 2 days ago, but today someone (like http://streaming207.radionomy.com/AngeFM) answers to me : "The file you requested could not be found" what's the problem? Help
Hi again! I was thinking to get informations from the xspf file only if it has been modified. The problem is, when I try to obtain the date of the alteration (with CURL), I obtain dates like 1970-01-01 00:59:59 and they never change. How can I handle that problem? 2012/9/27 renato fringuello <rfringuello at gmail.com>: > Ok thanks a lot. > > 2012/9/27 R?cker Thomas

Bug: incompatibility with MSVS 2005
src/libFLAC/memory.c cannot be compiled with MSVS 2005 (and probably VS2008 too) after this commit: http://git.xiph.org/?p=flac.git;a=commitdiff;h=7cbecbae9f70be770f7651d09531fec0de6f9cf5 because MSVS2005 doesn't provide stdint.h. According to MSDN, uintptr_t is defined in "STDDEF.H and other include files".

Any api (agi/ari/ami) equivalent of "core show calls"?
Thank you... but "just update the database" - hmm, what database? Did you mean ARI? I still can't find the command! The asterisk wiki is somewhat, um... spread around! Any api (agi/ari/ami) equivalent of "core show calls"?
Just run ‘core show calls’ as a command from the AMI, and parse the results. I don’t think there is an equivalent pure AMI command. Icecast stats.xml
(see forwarded mail further below) Shoutcast v1, Shoutcast v2, Icecast-KH are all "compatible" with the way info is collected by StreamLicensing. Some may wonder why bothering to humor StreamLicensig, but the thing is that other licensing/royalty collectors did it the same way. StreamLicensing are now sadly the only ones that cater to small independent station that do not wish to be

Any api (agi/ari/ami) equivalent of "core show calls"?
Way back in the mists of time, I built my asterisk installation with SNMP support. It's a bit tedious to get the sub-agent for snmpd set up but once you have it you can poll the OID for the asterisk sub-agent and it will tell you how many calls are up at that moment in time. That said, I actually prefer ARA/ARI to flat file configuration of endpoints and dialplans.  Changes are more or less
