TuneIn Won't Record from my Icecast Relays
? Icecast is running on Windows. ? I can successfully listen to the relay via TuneIn, but I cannot record from the relay. The record button, in TuneIn, is disabled when I play the relay in TuneIn. Playing the actual source (provided in my initial email), the record feature is enabled in TuneIn. ? TuneIn is running on iOS 8.4.1. ? The result is the same if I point TuneIn Pro to the stream or

TuneIn Won't Record from my Icecast Relays
Hi. If I open http://audio-mp3.ibiblio.org:8000/wncw-128k, or any other URL on my TuneIn app in iOS, I have the ability to record those streams for later listening. However, if I relay any of those streams via Icecast 2.42 on Windows 8.1, I can't record in TuneIn Pro. Is there a known cause or work-around for this? Thanks!

icecast and proxy
Hello, sorry for all these questions, but there is a great news, this is the last! ... of the day :-) So: I run nvRadio on port 8000, that is a problem for all people that are at work, behind firewall or protected environment. So, I thought that a proxy can be the solution for streaming on port 80. I enabled the apache2 proxy and, yes, if I type: www.nvapple.it/stream the stream is ok also

Mount iPhone ios-8 on CentOS-7
Yesterday I upgraded my Iphone to ios8 for Redphone/Signal and just now have discovered that I no longer can mount the iPhone as a USB device to effect data transfers from the camera roll. Googling around has not revealed any RHEL/CentOS specific fixes although apparently Ubuntu has done something on the matter. Is there any way to get an ios8-ified iPhone to mount on CentOS6.6 any more? --

How possible is Icecast get 2 different agents from TuneIn App?
Hello guys, We have implemented auth url in our icecast instance. So, i installed the Android TuneIn app in my phone, opened it, search for our radio and tapped play. The request come from a load balancer that redirect to the icecast server. But, looking at the logs we saw: Load balancer: User-Agent=NSPlayer/10.0.0.3702 WMFSDK/10.0 X-Real-IP=177.33.155.000 Icecast:

Problem with HTTP stream but not HTTPS.
Strange issue - not sure if something has changed in Icecast2, but suddenly my long-running stream won’t connect to 8000 and says 'File or directory not found’ http://listen.radioclash.com:8000/ <http://listen.radioclash.com:8000/> but will happily connect to the SSL port I’ve set up https://listen.radioclash.com:8443/ <https://listen.radioclash.com:8443/> I am using Liquidsoap

Problem with HTTP stream but not HTTPS.
If you use Chrome, recent updates won't allow connections to an http server if the referring url is on an https server. I wonder how much additional CPU strain this causes when you have a few hundred plus listeners to encrypt everything. Anyway, this is the way it is now, unless you use the likes of .pls/.m3u files with the http server link for an external player. Cheers, Gavin. On

a simple modification to html output of icecast
Hello, well, this is only a simple modification I need only me, but I don't know why it seems not to work. Since I'm blind, I use sometime a special braille computer in order to access internet. The browser is really poor and not compatible with flash, html5, so it is quite old. Anyway: From the moment I upgrade to icecast 2.4.1, instead of showing correctly the status page:
