Hello, I'm a ubuntu 12.04 user. I'm currently running icecast 2.3.2 installed from ubuntu apt-get, with Liquidsoap 1.1.1 that instead is compiled by myself. I'd like to upgrade to icecast 2.4.1, but since I have a webradio and all work fine, I'd like to know if there is a procedure or a tutorial on how to upgrade from 2.3.2 to 2.4.1. Which steps should I follow? Thank you!

Just wondering, are the commands to upgrade icecast 2.3.2 to icecast version 2.4.1 the same in Ubuntu 12.04 as they are in Ubuntu 14.04?
