[PATCH v1 0/4] PCI/VGA: Improve the default VGA device selection
From: Sui Jingfeng <suijingfeng at loongson.cn> Currently, the default VGA device selection is not perfect. Potential problems are: 1) This function is a no-op on non-x86 architectures. 2) It does not take the PCI Bar may get relocated into consideration. 3) It is not effective for the PCI device without a dedicated VRAM Bar. 4) It is device-agnostic, thus it has to waste the effort to

Gluster Management UI on oVirt platform
Hi all, There is a proposal to develop the Gluster Management UI based on the oVirt <http://www.ovirt.org> platform. This will enable re-use of the enterprise features already available in oVirt. The proposed approach is available here <http://www.ovirt.org/wiki/AddingGlusterSupportToOvirt>. Comments / Suggestions welcome. -- Regards, Shireesh

Connecting 2 asterisks, one with PJSIP and other SIP returning 401
It's my first post here, so I'll cut to the chase I have 2 Asterisk servers and want to connect them using sip on one and pjsip on the other one. One is running at home and another at a VPS. The first one will be the client (with dynamic ip) and the 2nd the server. The client uses sip and the server pjsip. This is the client's sip.conf [general] context = default allowguest = no

Project "Muncher" the next step in wine
Ok, It's a lame name but it was the best I could come up with after spinning around in a desk chair for a few minutes. Here is the general idea behind it. Once, in an interview, Steve Balmber, the CEO of Microsoft threw some standard MS FUD out about Linux being a poor choice becaue each distro tends to "mutate" linux and has no solid direction I thought "Wouldn't

[LLVMdev] Using LLVM as a crosscompiler
Hello, Koen. > So my question is: How should I build llvm and llvm-gcc4 to have it cross-compile from x86 > to ARM/EABI? Well, just supply appropriate --host/--target options to configure. I haven't tried ARM, but this definitely works for crosscompiling from linux to mingw32. Please also note, that you'll need native (=arm) tools (binutils, libcheaders, etc) during gcc build

Which antivirus for a Samba (Debian) fileserver?
I'm looking for an antivirus program for a Samba fileserver (PDC). Is ClamAV good enough? It seems to be mainly used for mail servers... Any other suggestion, free or non-free? I tried F-secure antivirus for linux servers but it keeps giving problems. All clients use F-secure which i centrally manage from another linux server which is pretty good imo. I read other people suggesting to use

Missing files on Windows client side.
In a directory with approximately 6000 files, several files are missing on the Windows side. If I check the directory on Unix (AIX) they are all there. As far as I can see there's nothing strange with this files en I can't see any connection between the missing files. It looks like it's randomly. A few examples of missing files: FAKTREF.10062005.16 (See debug information)

[PATCH v3] xfstests: btrfs/316: cross-subvolume sparse copy
This testscript creates reflinks to files on different subvolumes, overwrites the original files and reflinks, and moves reflinked files between subvolumes. [LLVMdev] Using LLVM as a crosscompiler
Hi Koen, The process to build llvm-gcc as a crosscompiler is basically the same as build a normal gcc as crosscompiler. The differences: you need a LLVM installed (compiled for the host). You must configure llvm-gcc with --enable-llvm. Problems: - Today LLVM supports ARM/EABI, but llvm-gcc don't. You must apply the patch:

Which is more efficient for 1 to many broadcasting?
Putting a whole bunch of people into a listen-only/muted Confbridge conference or getting the broadcaster audio into a MOH class and then just having callers attach to that MOH class? Does the the muted side of a Confbridge Room still try to mix in audio from the muted channels or does it just disregard those channels and only run mixes against unmuted channels? Now, if the answer is
