a few questions
I have just gotten a stream working and it is very cool. I am using ices0.4 to stream mp3s to icecast2 under redhat 9. I have a couple of questions, though: 1. No files are being written to the admin directory. It is successfully writing the access and error logs and the pid file. The path is correct in the icecast.xml file. The user has write access to the admin directory. Do I need to turn

two problems with flac and ices 0.4 build
i'm trying to build ices0.4 and vorbis-tools 1.0.1 with flac 1.1.1. Neither seems happy, hence the crossposting (sorry). ICES0.4 --- ices refuses to see the libFLAC library, even if i specify --with-flac=/usr/local/lib (or even just --with-flac=/usr/local/, as the configure script seems to look in the lib and include subdirectories of the specified path?). i get a configure error:

a shoutcast server. Various posts say that you must start with shoutcast server and use icecast as the relay. (I don't want to do this because we already have a perl script written to work with ices and I don't want to have to redo it to work with shoutcast. It looks feasible but will still be quite a bit of work because there is no state saved between calls from shoutcast. In ices,

Plot an ols() call from Design
Dear users, I am attempting to plot an ols() call from the Design package, by following the procedure explained by Harald Baayen in his 2008 book 'Analyzing linguistic data. A practical introduction to statistics using R', page 175-181. I've attached my data to this e-mail (I hope it's small enough that that's ok). First I paste all the commands I ran, followed by the

I was under the impression icecast wrote useage statistics to that directory, and you accessed them via http://host:port/admin/ Where does the xslt file come from that it tries to access when you attempt to access the admin page? [RFC PATCH v6 14/92] kvm: introspection: handle introspection commands before returning to guest
From: Mihai Don?u <mdontu at bitdefender.com> The introspection requests (KVM_REQ_INTROSPECTION) are checked by any introspected vCPU in two places: * on its way to guest - vcpu_enter_guest() * when halted - kvm_vcpu_block() In kvm_vcpu_block(), we check to see if there are any introspection requests during the swait loop, handle them outside of swait loop and start swait again.

[PATCH v9 23/84] KVM: x86: add .fault_gla()
From: Mihai Don?u <mdontu at bitdefender.com> This function is needed for kvmi_update_ad_flags() and kvm_page_track_emulation_failure(). kvmi_update_ad_flags() uses the the existing guest page table walk code to update the A/D bits and return to guest (on SPT page faults caused by guest page table walks when the introspection tool write-protects the guest page tables).
