So I have a new Icecast setup with two channels, each of which carries a link to MP3 files. Whenever I update the .m3u file to reflect a changed link, I have to restart Icecast and the Icegenerator to make it recognize the change. Is there a way to automate this process? Hello, I have both MP3 and OGG in my hard drive, since I used to use MP3 encoding and now I'm trying to move to OGG vorbis. I am wondering if there's a way to stream a playlist containing both MP3 and OGG files. As far as I understand from reading the doc, Ices-0.4 and Ices2 can only stream MP3 and OGG files respectively. I discovered an interesting problem with ezstream. I'm using version 1.2. I see 2 is listed on the website but appears to be a broken link. Otherwise I'd try it to see if it exhibits the same problem. I'm using ezstream as a fallback mount for a radio station. It plays a 30 second ogg file over and over.
