Analyzing large transition matrix
Let's say you have a dataframe of car trade-ins. For example, each row contains oldcar newcar qty and a typical entry could be lexus bmw 1 I put the qty column to allow for fleet purchases, where one purchase may convert multiple cars at once. I'd like to show what's going on. I could do a histogram of newcar to show the frequency each type of car is bought. If there

icecast 2.0 semi-permanent test stream
Icecast 2.0 and Ices 2.0 are both fairly usable now. I have set up a semi-permanent test stream for people to bang on at: http://i.cantcode.com:8888/ices.ogg Please report any problems you have. I say semi-permanent, because it will probably crash now and then, and I will be developing and putting up the new versions on a regular basis. If it stops working for more than an hour, somethings

form submit debugging
version 0.62 I''ve got a form that''s giving me trouble (server reports invalid session ID). Unfortunately, the form is submitted using SSL so I can''t use a sniffer to see the differences between the ruby mechanize version and the perl mechanize version that is working. Is there a way to change the form action within mechanize? Or a way to display the request headers?

Antw: Log analysis
Hi Geoff, The streaming version of Webalizer can certainly do this (hmm, I can't seem to find the link anymore, it used to be on a separate website, not awstats.sf.net) and I use it for my clients. See my post from September 2004 regarding correct logging of SOURCE time. http://lists.xiph.org/pipermail/icecast/2004-September/007564.html Cheers, KJ > > Van: Geoff Shang

Webalizer for streams

It's not finished (yearly stats are not ready), but monthly and daily stats are fine. I'll try to have it integrated to regular webalizer version. Chris --- >8 ---- List archives:

Source deconnection bug in icecast?
Hello, Yesterday evening, I installed icecast kh13 with your latest libshout. We have to wait 1, 2 or three days to see what is happening... Yes, the samplerate 19404 is exactly what I asked ices to do... Just a compromise between bitrate and samplerate to have a better sound quality. Regarding to that, I didn't found the option to set the ouput rate in ices kh47, and also I was wondering how
