can't get rcmd to work on windows2k....
I'm trying to make sure my R package will install properly (build help files, etc) and when I try to run the rcmd check (or any rcmd option) I get the following error. Does dcf.pm stand for perl module? If not, why do I get this message? mod_perl and httpd2
