Icecast log analysis : Webalizer 2.10 is ready
Hello, I added new features to Webalizer 2.01 for streaming log analysis. You can find the new Webalizer version 2.10 here : http://webalizer.kezako.net Please note that your configuration file needs to be changed (you have to add a few lines). The website also shows an example of the result produced. Questions, remarks, should be send to iceuse@kezako.net Regards, Chris --- >8 ---- List

Webalizer for streams
Hello, last night, I worked to make a new version of webalizer for streams. I put some info and example here: http://radio.stalig.com:443/stats/webalizer/index.html If you are interested... It's not finished (yearly stats are not ready), but monthly and daily stats are fine. I'll try to have it integrated to regular webalizer version. Chris --- >8 ---- List archives:

Antw: Log analysis
Hi Geoff, The streaming version of Webalizer can certainly do this (hmm, I can't seem to find the link anymore, it used to be on a separate website, not awstats.sf.net) and I use it for my clients. See my post from September 2004 regarding correct logging of SOURCE time. http://lists.xiph.org/pipermail/icecast/2004-September/007564.html Cheers, KJ > > Van: Geoff Shang

Strange change in icecast kh14 for IP logging
The problem is for statistics tools like Webalizer, which is expecting CLF log format Common Log Format (CLF) "%h %l %u %t \"%r\" %>s %b" NCSA extended/combined log format "%h %l %u %t \"%r\" %>s %b \"%{Referer}i\" \"%{User-agent}i\"" Referer log format "%{Referer}i -> %U" Agent (Browser) log format

does IceCast & listeners logging
Hello, I'm working on a project of a commercial webradio. I need to register everytime somebody listens to my radio : when the stream begins, when it ends, the IP. But in the file access.log, there are many GETs from my listeners, before it streams, during, after, and so on. ShoutCast does it as I want but I wanna use IceCast in order to stream Ogg Vorbis ! I feel that the logging module

Webalizer + IceCast2 logfile?
Is it possible? Basically, I want to process the IceCast2 logfile in the same way as I process my Apache server logs? I tried a dry run, and it reported an error with regards to the "date" field - I am currently replacing the date field text "Eastern Standard Time" with the text "-400", to see if that would fix it (that how it is in my Apache logfile). I will

Webalizer displays wrong year
I just run webalizer manually on an Apache log, like I have done many times before. Some new statistics were created, but for "August 2006" instead of "August 2008". I cannot figure why! Because of my mistake, the webalizer statistics for this site have not been updated since February. Now I tried to update them for the first time - with the results I described above. The

Webalizer and GeoIP?
I have a small problem with webalizer. I use it to analyze logs of a small web server hosting a single site, and the only thing I am interested in from webalizer is the piechart diagram it produces about the geographic distribution of people visiting the site. However, the piechart it produces gives me a very crude information, with 50% or so of visitors belonging to "unresolved",

Webalizer not available for CentOS 7?
It seems that the Webalizer WEB statistics reporting package is no longer available in CentOS 7. Rather than building from Sourceforge and writing custom configuration files for it, is there an alternative? Use the Fedora package? Another WEB analyzer? Thanks, Mike

parsing icecast 1 and icecast2 logs in GUI web format
I know this was mentioned some time back, but I am curious if anyone has had any further success with this. My radio station is looking for a nice clean comprehensive overview of all connections to our icecast 1 and 2 servers. Someone had tweaked the webalizer program to render all the stats in a nice GUI format. However, there were still a couple items missing. Just wondering what everyone else
