Hi, I''m having problems with new Shorewall installation on Fedora Core 3 (had same problem with Core 2 and upgrade did not help even iptables was upgraded from 1.2.9 to 1.2.11). I''ve followed two nic example, but starting Shorewall drops all connections and don''t permit any outgoing requests, even with "all allowed" policy. Policy file is below. Current setup

I have a zone "rw" defined as tun0 in interfaces. From that zone, pings to zone "loc" succeed but pings to remote networks (On IPsec VPNs) are rejected in the all2all chain. Actually, we have a integerized version of the vorbis libraries that are available, royalty free, with a simple attribution requirement. These libraries are 100% C code and run faster than real time on a cirrus 7312-74mhz processor (arm core). My guess is they should run at about 20-30% cpu utilization on a strongarm/200. Monty has this same code, but his version doesn't play b4 content real

Hi, I need to setup a demo for asterisk and need some help here please. The demo is connecting to Asterisk a Cisco 7970 SIP (ver. &.0) and a SIP client on HP iPAQ via a wireless hotspot. I need to configure both with the same extension with a shared line like in Cisco CallManager. This way if the extension is called both iPAQ and the IP phone ring and the user gets to pick up using either.

Hi If there is anyone who have tried to use the Speex codec on the iPAQ I would be VERY happy to get in contact with that person. I'm trying to use the eMbedded Visual C++ 3.0 to get the Speex to work on my iPAQ but can't get it to work. While vorbis works fine sending through the net PCM samples from a Plan 9 machine (a 686) to a compaq Ipaq, it would be great if it could work within the ipaq. I think that would require fixed point math instead of using the FPU all the times. the mp3 mad player seems to do just that. Does anyone know if SIP will/is support on handheld PCs such as the iPaq or Axiom? With their integrated 802.11b and Bluetooth it seems like a solution to provide a wireless based sip phone for any user would be possible. Handoff between access points might be problematic but most users I know would be using their PDA phone in an airport with free wireless or at the local cafe, etc, etc... Can
