>ices2 will encode/reencode/relay to more than one server. I searched for documentation about ices2 and found two, one of them http://quasi.ksl.com/icecast/docs/Unofficial%20Icecast%20HOWTO.pdf where link to the other was incuded (which i found before though). All what I saw was that it only supports encoding streams from soundcard input or playlist, but not a stream (from Oddcast DSP). You

Multiple Ogg Streams
Hello I've been playing around with Icecast, Oddcast DSP v2 and streamTranscoder, trying to get multiple streams with different bitrates in ogg format running. The source I am streaming is from Winamp 2.80 Oddcast DSP v2 serving to a linux compilation (got it from CVS just yesterday) of Icecast 2. I also compiled streamTranscoder 1.1 and after much trial got a not really stable second

With your help I managed to get the configure run through - i installed or updated the various librarys. it is unsure though if the errors seen are not in the end fatal. when i now run make it tells me this: Making all in src make[1]: Wechsel in das Verzeichnis Verzeichnis »/root/icecast/icecast/src« Makefile:220: *** Fehlendes Trennzeichen.. Schluss. make[1]: Verlassen des

[LLVMdev] Native win32 port
Hi all, I've read with interest the threads of August about a win32 port (without cygwin), and as a joke yesterday I tried compiling LLVM on win32 with VC7.1, targeting the HowToUseJIT example... Well, apart from obvious problems, it went pretty well. I cannot reach the end of the process, but I'm feeling it's not too far. So the point is: Are you interested in taking in account

sysutils/fusefs-ntfs working for anyone?
Hi there, I've been trying to mount my NTFS partitions with the NTFS-3g project's FUSE implementation but am unable to mount anything. Xapian Ruby bindings as a Ruby Gem
Hello everyone, I'm very interested in packaging the Xapian Ruby bindings as a gem for easier installation and integration into Ruby projects. I came to this idea, because many Ruby developers face the problem of installing xapian under hosting service where they have no root rights. And Xapian is THE essential part of the Rails plugin acts_as_xapian, wich brings all the Xapian features to
