I have been using Apple's X11 on OS X and I got the source and compiled flac 1.0.5 beta2. Everything seemed to build and install OK, but the xmms-flac plugin is not working, and I cannot open xmms. It looks like libplugin_common.a is being linked into the shared object libxmms-flac.so. Hi, this is a patch to fix a bug in the XMMS plugin. The problem is that with the current version (1.1.0) it is impossible to get the year field to show up in the playlist, even if it's properly set in the file. The diff below fixes the problem. I'm making a Fink package for FLAC. It all builds fine except for the xmms plugin. I'd use the pbproject, but fink users are likely to want the xmms plugin which pbxbuild does not build.
