This means that 1 box will get two net-to-net connections. I want to limit the services on one subnet however. Cuurently I have defined a vpn zone for the current connection and allow all vpn<->loc traffic. How would I go about in tightening the

Possible bug in shorewall 2.0.8
Hello, I believe there may be a bug in shorewall version 2.0.8. I''ve been using shorewall for years without problems (last installed version was 1.4.6b-1). I''ve posted previously with the subject line "After upgrade people can no longer connect" dated on Sunday, September 19, 2004 which contains all the information for the upgrade. Today I uninstalled shorewall

New Job
I have been asked to assume the role of Architect for a large project here at HP and I have accepted. While this is an important step forward for my career, it is a step backward for Shorewall in as much as the time that I will be able to devote to Shorewall in the foreseeable future will be be very limited. So while I will attempt to keep on top of problems, Shorewall 2.0 will have to be put

IPP2P
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Is there interest in ipp2p support in Shorewall? While the ipp2p code is not part of the standard kernel.org distributions, my experience is that it is very easy to install and I would be willing to provide support for it if there is interest. See http://rnvs.informatik.uni-leipzig.de/ipp2p/index_en.html for information about ipp2p. - -Tom - -- Tom

kannel from dag - sqlite conflict with centos 4.2
I have a CentOS 4.1 box running Dag's Wieers kannel 1.4.0-3.2.el4.rf package which has a dependency on sqlite version 2.8.16-1.2.el4.rf also from Dag. If I try to up2date to centos 4.2 I'm hitting a conflict whereby 4.2 wants to install sqlite 3.2.2 - but kannel doesn't like that, reporting: Unresolvable chain of dependencies: kannel 1.4.0-3.2.el4.rf requires libsqlite.so.0 The new
