PATCH for MSVC++ 2005 Express

PATCH: FLAC__ALIGN_MALLOC_DATA definition for MSVS projects
A preprocessor macro FLAC__ALIGN_MALLOC_DATA is defined in Makefiles but absent in *.vcproj files. This patch adds it to libFLAC_static.vcproj and libFLAC_dynamic.vcproj.

BTW, I tried to use 'restrict' keyword with MSVS 2010 and 2012 and in fact they don't support it. Only --restrict is supported.

All right.
BTW, test_libFLAC is still broken for MSVS: CPU_IS_LITTLE_ENDIAN
is undefined. It's possible to add the definition for this
preprocessor macro to test_libFLAC.vcproj, but maybe there exists
more elegant way?

PATCH: modify/add intrinsics code
The patch does the following:
1. splits lpc_x86intrin.c to lpc_intrin_sse.c and lpc_intrin_sse2.c
2. adds FLAC__lpc_compute_residual_from_qlp_coefficients_intrin_sse2()
function to lpc_intrin_sse2.c
3. adds lpc_intrin_sse41.c with two ..._wide_intrin_sse41() functions
(useful for 24-bit en-/decoding)
4. adds precompute_partition_info_sums_intrin_sse2() / ...ssse3() and
disables

Lets work towards a new version
Hi all,
It sees that the most serious bug in the flac bug tracker:
https://sourceforge.net/p/flac/bugs/413/
has been fixed in git. This fix alone is worth a new release so its
time to work towards one.
Things I need to do for this new release:
* Deal with all current patches on the mailing list.
* Review all bugs reported against 1.3.0 on the sf.net.
* Testing and coordination of testing

Not quite ;) You missed the fact that this .vcproj file contains 2 different
settings: one for Debug build and another for Release build.
The patch that fixes Release build is attached.

It looks like that patch was created with the 'git diff' command and hence
cannot be applied using the 'git am' command. It does however apply using
the patch command.

MSVC 2005/2008 can't compile libFLAC
These versions of Visual Studio don't have stdint.h and
all [u]intNN_t types. But now these types are everywhere
in FLAC codebase.
An easy fix would be to move definitions of these types
from share/compat.h into FLAC/ordinals.h (see attached
patch).
But it may break some 3rd party programs that include
(directly or indirectly) this file and also have their
own typedefs for these types.

Great.
But, what about my other patches? I admit that many of them aren't necessary, but (imho) a couple of them are important. I can explain in detail why I think this.
