PATCH for MSVC++ 2005 Express
Recently I downloaded MSVC++2005 Express Edition and it turns out that it wasn't possible to compile all files without several changes:

PATCH for MSVC .sln file (repeat)
I cannot see my post with a patch for FLAC.sln (too long?)
Here I repeat this message, with patch file compressed to .zip:
---------------------------------------------------------------
Every time I open current FLAC.sln in MSVS 2005, it rewrites (fixes) this file.
The diff between new and old files is attached.
Current version has several problems:
a) it has one extra EndProject line.
b) it

Possible (bug) in winamp in_flac.dll decoder

Also postet it to the developers of electriQ, but it's a closed source
project and there's not much activity in their forum,
so i'm not sure if anybody is fixing this very soon.
Furthermore I think the problem is more likely in the Winamp2 Flac

Possible (bug) in winamp in_flac.dll decoder
Hello,
I'm not sure if this is the right place to post my problem to, i'm not a
developer but a user experiencing
a possible bug in the flac decoder.
using winamp 2.81 + in_flac.dll (tryed different versions eg 1.12 and 1.21)
+ Electri Q Winamp DSP plugin (all versions affected)
Winamp crashes just before flac track ends (next track is also flac track)
does NOT crash when playing mp3

time segments intersection
Hi all,
Please, how could I calculate the time that two time segments has in
common? Is there any function to perform this calculation?
For instance, given four POSIXlt objects...
endPeriod<-as.POSIXlt("2008-09-30")
startPeriod<-as.POSIXlt("2007-10-01")
endProject<-as.POSIXlt("2007-05-31")
startProject<-as.POSIXlt("2006-12-01")
that limit

ports / www/linux-seamonkey / flashplugin vulnerability
Hi!
Since linux-flashplugin7 r63 is vulnerable according to
http://vuxml.FreeBSD.org/7c75d48c-429b-11db-afae-000c6ec775d9.html
isn't www/linux-seamonkey vulerable, too (it seems to include 7 r25)?
Bye
Arne

FLAC winamp plugin
Hi,
What is the best way to play FLAC files in winamp?
Using the in_flac.dll plugin provided in the flac-1.1.4-win.zip file and
copying it to the Plugins subdirectory of winamp
or
using the plugin that's provided by winamp itself?
Are there differences between those 2 plugins? It's not really clear for me
thanks in advance
Harry

Re: [libvirt] domain.info() sometimes returns state zero for running machines
Sorry but I misunderstood your last post completely :-D but now I tried
what you said, using the CVS version. I also dumped the "ret" value from
virXen_getdomaininfo. The output was simple: ret=1, domain_flags=0
(right after XEN_GETDOMAININFO_FLAGS!!!). Sadly I don''t have much time
to dig deeper but it seems to me that this happens very seldom or
sometimes not at all (hard

FLAC utilities for Monkey's Audio GUI: useful?
FLAC solution for MSVS contains two projects: flac_mac and flac_ren.
They are intended to work together with Monkey's Audio GUI frontend
( http://www.monkeysaudio.com/images/screenshot.png ) as explained here:

Regex query (Apache logs)
Hello R users,
I have this regex see [1] for apache log lines. I tried using R to parse
some data (only because I wanted to stay in R).
A sample line is [2]
(a) I saved the line in [1] into "~/tmp/a.txt" and [2] into "/tmp/a.txt"
pat <- readLines("~/tmp/a.txt")
test <- readLines("/tmp/a.txt")
test
grep(pat,test)
returns integer(0)
The same query

Streaming With Flac
We have FLAC support on our AudioReQuest products, and we allow
streaming from our built-in web server for MP3s, but can not get Flac
working. Does anyone know a Windows based player that will play FLAC
streams?
I have tried the Winamp plug-in for FLAC (even updated it to 1.1.0), but
streaming is not working. We use embedded id3 tags instead of Flac
comments if this means anything. Thanks
