In 2007, user reported a segfault in FLAC::Encoder::File::progress_callback() when called from ~Stream(). Original report at https://sourceforge.net/p/flac/bugs/256/ Hello! Sorry, english is not my best language. I use libFLAC++ API. I have some problems. In libFLAC API all OK. [SPAM] RE: Encoding audio sampled at 44.1 khz?
________________________________ Hi David, Thank you very much for your reply. Since I need to resample the audio in the program itself, I decided to try out the resampling API in speex. But now, I have another problem. The resampled sound is very much distorted and clicks appear quite often. (I have attached the source code I used for testing it below). The test data I had was a file sampled

FLAC::Encoder::Stream == "FLAC__STREAM_ENCODER_VERIFY_MISMATCH_IN_AUDIO_DATA"
I'm using flac-1.2.1 and visual studio 2010 on windows xp sp3 and I want to compress raw CDDA with the stream encoder to a file. But I just can't get the flac encoder to work, the encoder always returns an error enc.get_state() == "FLAC__STREAM_ENCODER_VERIFY_MISMATCH_IN_AUDIO_DATA" get_verify_decoder_state() == "FLAC__STREAM_DECODER_READ_FRAME" this is the code I

Encoder example for 24-bit files
Hi, In the last days I've been taking as reference the example found in examples/c/encode/file/main.c. With it I've been able to encode a 2ch, 16 bps, 44100 sample rate input WAV file to a FLAC file. Now I've been trying to modify this example to encode a 2ch, 24 bps, 96000 sample rate WAV file. I have to say I'm a bit lost on how I should read the input file in this case, and

Help upgrading to 1.1.3 (MD5 sum issues, album art corrupts files)
Hello all, I recently upgraded the libFLAC used in my application Max (http:// sbooth.org/Max/) to 1.1.3 and added preliminary support for album art. During the upgrade I evidently made some coding mistakes with interesting results. I've combed everything over and can't quite see the problems. I've become somewhat frustrated because my code didn't really change

[PATCH v3] xen/console: buffer and show origin of guest PV writes
Guests other than domain 0 using the console output have previously been controlled by the VERBOSE #define, but with no designation of which guest''s output was on the console. This patch converts the HVM output buffering to be used by all domains except the hardware domain (dom0): stripping non-printable characters, line buffering the output, and prefixing it with the domain ID. This is

Flac encoding of 88.2kHz files -- not streamble?
Hi. I'm trying to encode some high sample rate music (88.2kHz) into flac. When trying this with flac 1.1.4 I get the following error: ##### keithr@eng:~$ work/flac-1.1.4/src/flac/flac Serenissima02.wav <snip copyright> Serenissima02.wav: WARNING: legacy WAVE file has format type 1 but bits-per-sample=24 Serenissima02.wav: WARNING: skipping unknown sub-chunk 'fact'

user password expiration patch (Samba 2.2.4/2.2.5 PDC with LDAP)
the following problem occurs when using samba 2.2.4 or 2.2.5 with ldap support as PDC: any time when a user logs on he is asked to change his/her password. whether he change it or not he will be asked again next time he logs on. this is annoying. the reason is, that the LDAP attribute 'pwdMustChange' is not updated at all. the easiest way to solve this to set the attribute to the

[PATCH 0/5] Debian patches for 1.1.3
Hi Josh, Here are all the patches that are currently applied to the Debian packages for flac. You may disagree with some of them but as the current maintainer, I'm submitting them all for your consideration. (I should've submitted them earlier, but I've been quite busy. Sorry!) Here is a listing of the patches that I'll be sending: Patch 1 fixes a simple typo in metaflac

Problems in flac-website Git files.
1) changelog.html "Add ability to handle utf8 filenames on Windows (large set of patches from Janne Hyv?rinen)" AFAIK Windows internally uses UTF-16LE, not UTF-8. IMHO it's better to use a general word 'Unicode' instead of 'utf8'. 2) documentation_bugs.html "The following are major known bugs in the current (1.2.1) release:" 1.2.1 is not the current

Encoding audio sampled at 44.1 khz?
Hi everyone, I recently began using libspeex 1.2 Beta 1 on Windows using MS Visual C++. I have gotten a decoder and an encoder to work fine from the excellent sample code posted at the website. But I face a problem. I am working on using Speex in a program to play and create audio books encoded using Speex (currently testing it only; for these tests, I do not use Ogg to save the encoded

PRI issues with TE410P
Hi, I am having some problems mentioned below, the box is in production live environment with traffic around 30 - 100 calls. I am running T/E410P in a Dual P4 xeon with HT disabled. I am using zaptel 0.9.0 and asterisk stable 1 release. There is no gui, just mysql, perl (small script) and asterisk. System runs very smoothly if the calls are around 40-50 and comes one by one , however sometimes

Do module source code changes require reboot of WEBrick?
Assume that I refactor some code into a module and "require it into" my controller. Do I then need to restart my WEBrick server each time that I change the module? Thanks, Wes -- Posted via http://www.ruby-forum.com/.
