[PATCH] Fix fuction prototypes/definitions with void argument
Hi,
the patch below fixes function prototypes/defintions with void
argument to shut up the heartful warnings by recent gcc :)
It doesn't cover all places, e.g. test directories.
The patch is to 1.1.2.

Metaflac UTF-8 fixes
Hopefully the last patch from me to UTF-8 issues.
Metaflac can now print all console supported characters from tags on the
screen. It also fixes metaflac to be able to import its own exports back
without non-ascii characters getting mutilated. And --no-utf8-convert
now works properly with import and export commands.
I updated my Windows binary archive with these changes for any
interested

Why do you thing that is better?

Changes to include/FLAC/metadata.h
Josh,
I noticed that the prototypes of two functions in the above header
file recently changed from:
FLAC_API FLAC__bool
FLAC__metadata_object_picture_set_mime_type (FLAC__StreamMetadata *object,
const char *mime_type, FLAC__bool copy);
FLAC_API FLAC__bool
FLAC__metadata_object_picture_set_description(FLAC__StreamMetadata *object,
const FLAC__byte *description,

I have in my working directory the trivial header changes necessary to allow
FLAC library functions to be used in C++ programs. Is it OK to commit this?

[PATCH] Remove even more CPP hackery
This commit will break OS/2's EMX 0.9d library (GCC 2.8.1) which has been
been replaced by klibc. Considering the age of EMX and lack of testing
and that klibc contains so many improvements I think this is exceptable.

Exact FLAC subset constraints
I think you've found a bug, Bart.
flac 1.2.1 did not have any FLAC__format_blocksize_is_subset()
function, so the source you're seeing in format.c must be new. If the
format documentation you linked to is correct, then either the
specifications are self-contradictory, or the code is not
implementing the subset checks as described. My interpretation is
that blocksize bits of 0110

FLAC__metadata_get_picture()
Hi all!
I have a problem to get _all_ images from flac file.
I have flac file with 3 images inside ( FLAC__METADATA_TYPE_PICTURE )
How to get _all_ images with bool FLAC::Metadata::get_picture() func?
This function is wrapper FLAC__bool FLAC__metadata_get_picture().
flac-1.2.1/src/libFLAC/metadata_iterators.c:

Bug fix and compatibility patches for 1.3.0pre4
Hi all,
I tried 1.3.0pre4 with ICL on Windows and found some issues. Not sure if
this is the right place to submit patches, but someone suggested this on
the apparently dead SourceForge patch tracker.
The first two are quite straight forward:
- The ICL patch fixes a typo in bitmath.h and adds
FLAC__bitwriter_write_zeroes to the external declarations in bitwriter.c.
- The Ogg patch replaces

Low-level seek routines in libFLAC
Hello everyone!
Can we add low-level seek functions into libFLAC?
I'm using libFLAC in a program where file operations can't be completed synchronously from those user callback procedures that libFLAC calls when it needs to perform read, seek, etc. So I had to modify libFLAC in a way that it doesn't call any user callbacks while performing seeking. Although I added a dirty hack for

Memory leaks due to Metadata object vorbis comment API ???
Hi List,
I recently was assigned a task to port FLAC Encoder to our embedded
platform. Thanks to OO-like design of the libFLAC and throught
documentation, that porting went like a charm. I had some problems with
chmod/chown like routines while porting but I was able to safely remove that
piece of code without any trouble.
I have observed that the my application FLAC Encoder failes in
