Compiling CVS in VC++ 6.0
Hello, Apologies if this has been done before. I just joined the list as this has bugged me for a while. I can compile FLAC 1.1.2 using Visual C++ 6.0 with no problems. However, when I try to compile the CVS source I get: Linking... utils.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _snprintf grabbag_static.lib(stream_decoder.obj) : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol

Flac in Sox
Hi, I didn't get any answer for my problem at sox mailing list. May be someone on this list has an idea...? I want to compile libsox.lib with Flac-handler. So I first compiled "libFLAC_static.lib" without problems. Then I changed "CMakeLists.txt": I added this line: set(CMAKE_REQUIRED_LIBRARIES ${CMAKE_REQUIRED_LIBRARIES} libFLAC_static.lib) and now Have_Flac is found.

Hi everyone, I'm trying to get started with libFLAC++. I've built the static libs libFLAC, libFLAC++ and libogg using VS2010 on windows 7. However when I try build the example project "example_cpp_encode_file" I get a lot of linker errors. I checked linker/input/additional dependencies and added the paths for libFLAC, libFLAC++ and corrected the path for libogg. Now I'm just

linking against the static libraries
We would like to use the static libraries in our commercial software. This software is an MFC application which is statically linked to the MFC libraries. We added LibFLAC_static.lib and LibFLAC++_static.lib but this causes an error when trying to run our application ('A required file was missing MSVCRTXX.DLL'). After looking in the Project Settings of the FLAC source, I found that the
