'localyum' alias...
This alias should be a great default addition to the bashrc... as it helps install packages to a CentOS system from the mounted install CD before you get networking up and running... alias localyum='yum --disablerepo=* localinstall' Does Red Hat care about Requests for Enhancement? or is filing a bug pointless? Using opus on ATMEL 32-bit RISC microcontroller
Hi all, thanks a lot for your replies! Sorry for my typo, the flash size is 8MB (Byte) :-) Unfortunately I cannot use another flash because I'm working on a proprietary board. Jean-Marc, thanks for your suggestions. I thought to use fixed point for convenience, but I can work on floating point too, so I will take in account the codec2 (I didn't know it). Moreover, if you all have

Compiling OSLEC in Dahdi w/ Intel Optimizations
I am about to setup a new machine and based on a thread in the freetel-oslec list, I came across the idea of compiling Intel optimizations in when using oslec w/ dahdi. So I edit dahdi-linux-complete-2.1.0.4+2.1.0.2/linux/drivers/dahdi/dahdi_config.h to #define CONFIG_DAHDI_MMX which on its own wont compile. It was suggested to edit dahdi-linux-complete-2.1.0.4+2.1.0.2/linux/drivers/dahdi/Kbuild

ADA 1.1 features
Hi, You can read here ( http://voiptoday.org/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=413&Itemid=136) ADA features. It seems to me that the provided Download Now link relates to a version in which some features are missing. Among those are CRM and TAPI supports. Do you confirm ? Have you heard plans to sell or provide an enhanced or a newer version that would pack those 2 features

Using opus on ATMEL 32-bit RISC microcontroller
Hello Daniele It would be worthwhile to attach an external serial flash or USB thumb drive, if the intent is store data. This allows for far more flexibility in storage Regards Amit On Fri, Aug 26, 2016 at 11:02 AM, Jean-Marc Valin <jmvalin at jmvalin.ca> wrote: > On 26/08/16 11:40 AM, Daniele Barzotti wrote: > > You're right! Opus vs Speex NB
For anything below 6 kb/s, I would actually recommend using codec2 rather than Speex or Opus. mysql can't connect from localhost -strange behavior
Hey all, I've been having some trouble creating a mysql user that can connect to the database from localhost. It's always been a straight forward thing to do in the past, so its time for a sanity check, if you guys don't mind. Ok, so here's the actual command with actual simplified password that I'm using. It's on localhost so I don't think it's a security threat

Any Ideas? The rhn-applet is: rhn-applet-2.1.4-3.centos.1 Thanks, Johnny Hughes -------------- next part -------------- An
