Speex on TI DSP 5505
Hi
When we run the profiler these 3 functions take more than 8500 cycles.
split_cb_search_shape_sign_N1() 22782
pitch_search_3tap() 19208
lpc_to_lsp() 16007
So can I configure these in a different way so it takes less cycles.
I do not need very high sound quality
Thanks for your time

sftp Client for Windows XP
Folks,
Excuse my ignorance on the subject but I'm new to OpenSSH and have been
tasked to write a 'sftp' Client for a home-grown application that runs on a
Windows platform.
The answers to my questions is probably on the List Archives but I'm not
able to find it even after a few search attempts.
So here goes...
1. Is it possible to even write a custom 'sftp' client for

If you don't expect yor firewall to handle 45K+ IPs, I'm not how you
expect dovecot will handle a comma separated string with 45K+ entries

How can a function in R handle different types of input?
Hi,
How can a function in R handle different types of input?
I have written a function, which should calculate the slope from several
3-time-point measurements by linear regression
4 three-time-point-measurements:
x<-cbind(c(1,2,3,4),c(2,3,4,5),c(3,4,5,6))
time points:
time<-c(1,3,9)
function for calculating the slope by linear regression:
fit<-function(xx,t){slope <-

Hiya,
I'm trying to get speex compiling under windows using MinGW and Msys.
Sequence of events:
- unpack the speex distribution, then run:
- ./configure --disable-shared
then it happily goes off and spews out a load of output, untill finally,
it spews out the "killer":
checking for sin in -lm... yes
checking for getopt_long... yes
checking for main in -lwinmm... yes

Hi Aki, I probably misunderstood yor previous reply. So, the index will
be fixed when either:
- running doveadm force-sync
- accessing the mailbox (ie: via IMAP).
This means that removing an email from the filesystem (ie: a u.* file)
and the index cache file (dovecot.index.cache) should be

Licence violation fom Microchip?
Dear dev team,
I have following question:
Microchip is offering IT'S speex library here:
http://www.microchip.com/stellent/idcplg?IdcService=SS_GET_PAGE&nodeId=1406&dDocName=en023610for
it's microcontrollers.
Is this a derivate of your sources? If it is, then you should do some
checking because I could not find any references to yor credits.

Also here are a few other bitrate-related questions:
1. Does average bitrate mode ==> variable bitrate mode?
2.
