Panic dereferencing p->p_leader during exit1()
My wife got the following from a system running (effectively)
4.8-RELEASE (I built/installed world just before the kernel version
was updated from 4.8-RC to 4.8-RELEASE). I gather she made a few
attempts to get mozilla to start and then the system panic'd.
According to the crashdump, p->p_leader is NULL but according to
the code, this can never happen. This is a UP Athlon XP-1800

Get constants of undefined types in IR
Hi Tim,
My mistake not including the llvm-dev, excuse me. affinityElement.__bits[0] worked fine for me, thank you. I am new in using the API for Constants and I am facing the error "incomplete type is not allowed" on the last last of below code: Type * ET = IntegerType::getInt64Ty(I.getContext()); unsigned long size = cpuAffinityVector.size(); ArrayType * AT = ArrayType::get(ET,size);

Get constants of undefined types in IR
Hello all,
I would like to obtain a constant that is initialized with a value of type cpu_set_t, a type which is defined by Pthreads. The problem is that a variable of this type cannot be cast to an int value, even in C source code. I tried get methods from Constant or ConstantInt classes, but with no result.
How can I obtain such constant object in IR?
Thank you,
Iulia

Plotter?
Hello all,
How do we install a plotter in Centos5? Is it regarded as ordinary printer?
It's using an Ikon Corporation card to connect at PCI. The driver for the card
(IHCP) is successfully compiled and installed.
Any hints are really appreciated.
Thank you.

[LLVMdev] problem trying to write an LLVM register-allocation pass
I have a new problem: Register RBP is used in a function foo. (I am not
allocating RBP to any virtual register, the instances of RBP in function
foo are in the machine code when my register allocator starts.)
Function foo calls function bar. Register RBP is not saved across the
call, though it is live after the call. Function bar includes a virtual
register. The code that I'm using to

[imap-login] SSL related crashes using the latest 2.2.25
I'm running Dovecot as proxy in front of some IMAP/POP3 Dovecot &
Courier-IMAP servers and in the last couple of days I've been seeing a
lot of imap-login crashes (signal 11) on both 2.2.18 and 2.2.25, all SSL
related. The following backtraces are taken running 2.2.25, built from
source on a test system similar to the live proxy servers.

Puppet hangs
Hello,
we have one puppet server managing approx servers, all FreeBSD.
The problem is that the puppet clients all hangs, one by one,
eventually. They will run for anything between an hour up to a week.
But eventually the all hang.
We really like puppet and want to keep using it. But the way it is now
is completely unusable. We''ve tried many versions, from 24.x, and now
2.6.1rc1. But
