I tried the same; with the same result: my domain looks ( according samba-tools) like a copy from my domain in my domain, but the RSAT DNS tool (win 7 version) is showing "intern" and there are no items to show. I noticed when Samba initially created a NS it gave it a ttl=900. If I delete this record from my zone and create a new one. It gives the NS a ttl=0.
