I'm really confused about something. It seems like on my samba server the user AND GROUP permissions must match for me to access any files in my home directory. Question, ??? Since a samba DC's main purpose is simply user authentication, is there any kind of problem with having a 32bit DC managing things for a 64bit domain? I need to share files and printers on the domain I'm setting up, and I've read all the warnings about having a separate DC vs. file/print server. Hey folks, here's a question. I want to enable procmail for the users so that they can have their incoming messages sorted info various folders and such regardless of MUA access or web access.
