I have a client with 10+ Windows 10/32-bit clients and 3 Windows 7/32-bit. I converted them today to Samba 4.12, and after some fixes, I now have working shares and roaming profiles for the Win 10 clients. However, the Win7 clients dont get the shares mapped at logon properly (at all). I tried to run the netlogon script manually from Windows/Sysvol/sysvol/<domain>/scripts after mounting the

Setting these to enable NTLM v1 again. lanman auth = yes ntlm auth = yes raw NTLMv2 auth = yes I think also this is more a question for the free raduis list, but i would to for a ldap(s) setup. just dont mixup

Windows XP issues
Thanks Andrew for the answer. But even if I enable Windows XP to use NTLMv2 (using Regedit on (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CURRENTCONTROLSET/CONTROL/LSA LMCOMPATIBILITYLEVEL to 5) and adding "ntlm auth = ntlmv1-permitted" to my smb.conf Still the same error. (No *more connections can* be *made* to this remote computer at this time) in versions higher than 4.10. Any ideas? Best Regards

ntlm_auth and SMBv2/v3
Hello Andrew, Do you plan to release the patch for "ntlm auth = mschapv2-only" option soon ? We need this on order to use freeradius in a "more safe" scenario than with "ntlm auth = yes" Best Regard, Lulzim KELMENI Direction des Systèmes d'Information Mairie de Saint-Ouen Le 08/06/2017 21:36, Andrew Bartlett via samba a écrit : > On Thu, 2017-06-08 at

Automatic mapping shares on logon time
Hello we are testing samba 4.11.2 and we try automatic mapping shares folders for users that their have permissions on fileserver, on the logon time, like logon script on Windows. Any have a method to do this ? I explain, instead of the user go to "File Browser" and navigate and map the share folders on the fileserver, we try to automatic map this folders on logon time. regards. PD:
