Problem with intermediate certificate (tls cafile)
If I were guessing, based on some experience with certificate usage in
other apps, concatenate your certificate and intermediate certificates
into a single file which is then your "tls certfile" then point "tls
cafile" to your issuers proper CA or just to your distro's CA bundle,
e.g /etc/pki/tls/certs/ca-bundle.crt.

Gluster communication via TLS client problem
Hi to all,
The system is running Debian 12 with Gluster 10. All systems are using
the same versions.
I try to encrypt the communication between the peers and the clients via
TLS. The encryption between the peers works, but when I try to mount the
volume on the client I always get an error.
What have I done?
1. all hosts and clients can resolve the name of all systems involved.
2. the

Doveadm replicator ssl issues
Hello, I have 2 Dovecot 2.3.8 servers running SSL with valid wildcard
certificates.
Email clients connect fine, https://www.immuniweb.com/ssl/ tests show
certificates are ok.
However I can't make replication work when I add ssl = yes.
Without ssl it works ok.
I added verbose_ssl in config and error log shows:

Dovecot 2.3.0 TLS
Hello,
I don't know who will read this message, but I found this thread: https://www.mail-archive.com/search?l=dovecot at dovecot.org&q=subject:%22Dovecot+2.3.0+TLS%22&o=newest
And I'm expected the same issue, I will try to explain to you (english is not my native language, sorry)
Since Buster update, so Dovecot update too, I'm not able to connect to my mail server from my

Stymied with samba vs openldap SSL ("Failed to issue the StartTLS instruction...")
I know this is something which should have a simple fix but I'm failing
to see it somehow.
I'm moving samba service between a couple of FreeBSD systems (9.3 to
10.2), and I'm stuck on getting samba on the new machine to connect to
our openldap server over ssl - frustrating since I've been running
samba+ldap for 15 years or so; feel sure I'm missing something basic!

create a loop
Hi R Users,
I do have very big data sets and wanted to run some of the analyses many
times with randomization (1000 times).
I have done the analysis using an example data but it need to be done with
randomized data (1000 times). I am doing manually for 10000 times but
taking so much time, I wonder whether it is possible to perform the
analysis with creating a loop for many replicated datasets?

path autocompletion in 2.5.0
Hi,
R 2.5.0 isn't auto-completing paths properly as it used to. E.g.
suppose I have:

[5] "chipS-rep2.CEL" "chipS-rep3.CEL"
Now if I do:

Can we disable diffie-hellman-group14-sha1 by default?
e.g. can we make it throw warnings etc. rsa-sha2-256 and rsa-sha2-512
are fine, they use PSS.

Issue with a bug with imap-login
Hello,
Currently working on migrating our existing directors from 2.1.13 to
2.2.10. In 2.2.10 when issuing the logout command on an unauthenticated
connection, the connection is closed before the server sends the BYE
line to the client. The new version works as expected with a non-secure
connection. I will include the strace output from the imap-login process
that shows the connection closing

MuMIn - assessing variable importance following model averaging, z-stats/p-values or CI?
Dear R users,
Recent changes to the MuMIn package now means that the model averaging command (model.avg) no longer returns confidence intervals, but instead returns zvalues and corresponding pvalues for fixed effects included in models.
Previously I have used this package for model selection/averaging following Greuber et al (2011) where it suggests that one should use confidence intervals from

Two way joining vs heatmap
Hi
STATISTICA has a function called "Two-way joining" (see
http://www.statsoft.com/TEXTBOOK/stcluan.html#twotwo) and the
reference material states that this is based on the method as
published by Hartigan (found this paper:
http://www.jstor.org/pss/2284710 through wikipedia).
What is the relationship (if any) between the "heatmap" function in R
and this technique? Is there an

help "reshaping" dataframe
List,
I want to reshape my data, but I'm not sure how to do it... it might be a
simple task, but don't know which package does this.
"occ.data" (see below) is how my original data are arranged, and I know
that with melt() I can reshape it like "y" (see below). However, I just
want to build a matrix like the "y" matrix, but with only 2 dimensions.

request comes in, it failed in establishing a SSL connection with Keycloak
