nxml-mode package?
Hello, ?Is there some intention to include nxml-mode package in some official repo? I use it frequently in documentation edition. Despite of that, I've installed the package available in http://people.redhat.com/twaugh/ftp/docbook/nxml-mode/nxml-mode-0.20041004.1-0.1.noarch.rpm and it seems work fine.

vfs fruit unable to create xattr and ACL from OS X 10.10.4
Hello I am trying to integrate OS X 10.10.4 clients into existing Samba infractructure run by our IT department. We are currently using Samba 4.2.3. File share is stored on iSCSI array with ext4 filesystem which should support both ACL and XATTR. We are trying to setup vfs_fruit module to avoid possible performance problems on OS X clients. We do NOT user netatalk. Current vfs_fruit config:

issue with fruit:model not using avahi correctly?
hey folks,   I am trying to change the fruit:model value for changing the icon in the mac os finder. After digging a little bit in the source code I saw that "source3/smbd/avahi_register.c" does not contain a line where info like <service> <type>_device-info._tcp</type> <port>0</port> <txt-record>model=RackMac</txt-record> is added to avahi. Sweave/ESS-like tools for HTML
My university provides me with a powerful course management system for the courses that I teach. Among other things I can create a wiki for the course, which is very convenient for cross-linking different bits of the course. Naturally I use R extensively in my teaching and I want to incorporate R code, output and graphics in such a wiki. If I were producing LaTeX sources instead of HTML sources

[CTDB] "use mmap = no" Causes wibind to fail
Hello all, I'm currently running samba on debian buster, version 2:4.9.5+dsfg-5 with lustre 2.13.0. The problem I'm experiencing is pretty straightforward, if I set "use mmap = no" in my global config (as suggested by the wiki), winbind fails to start and the cluster grinds to a halt. Here is the error messages from systemd: Sep 28 22:14:17 tenzin systemd[1]: Starting Samba

How on centos 5.1 do you inquire from avahi what devices are out there? Is there a command line to run that just lists all device found? Jerry

Centos 6 Airprint using CUPS/Avahi
I've set up another airprint server, but this time I've had to use Centos 6 because of the age of the kit I'm using - an old 1U rack server. I've configured CUPS and also Avahi. I've run airprint-generate.py and copied the .service files to /etc/avahi/services/ Everything looks fine until I try to print from my IPhone. I usually test by trying to print an email. As soon
