What for OS is the server and windows clients?
The VPN tunnel, are you lowering MTU sizes?
Something like:
-A FORWARD -m policy --pol ipsec --dir in -s 192.168.0.0/24 -o eth1 -p tcp -m tcp --tcp-flags SYN,RST SYN -m tcpmss --mss 1361:1536 -j TCPMSS --set-mss 1360
On the client PC's, have you checkout the windows firewall and are you allowing the remote subnets.

samba 4.10.0 - problem with samba-tool domain provision
Hi,
I am currently installing Samba 4.10.0 on a CentOS7 test system facing problems with the provisioning of AD.
I built samba from source; configure/make/make install finished successfully. When running the "samba-tool domain provision" command I get the following error messages:
[root at geo22 ~]# samba-tool domain provision --use-rfc2307 --interactive

NT_STATUS_ADDRESS_NOT_ASSOCIATED error msg on DC boot
Hi,
after rebooting the AD DC i regularly get NT_STATUS_ADDRESS_NOT_ASSOCIATED and - as a consequence - task_server_terminate: [XXXd failed to setup interfaces] error messages in log.samba (I removed a couple of "samba: setproctitle not initialized, please either call setproctitle_init() or link against libbsd-ctor." lines for better readability):

Domain users have one home directory for each operating system ( /users/<username> for Windows and /users/<username>/Linux for Linux) on the file server. The corresponding fields in the user database (homeDrive, unixHomeDirectory,

Hi,
we are currently in the process of testing a Samba AD setup and have identified some "challenges" regarding user accounts in /etc/passwd and in AD.
Let me explain today's situation. Today we use a Linux file server that serves for both Linux and Windows clients and that acts as a NT4 PDC. The client computers are dual boot Linux/Win 7. Under Linux, /etc/passwd, /etc/group and

Please excuse me for disturbing... Right now I am struggling with GLM a
bit... Would you be so kind to provide me a solution on using nuisance
variables. The problem is that I have data on Depression (volumetric
measurements of different brain regions) and I want to include age, gender
and education as nuisance parameters in the model. In the other words I
would like to model the
