Server GC/name.dom/dom is not registered with our KDC: Miscellaneous failure (see text): Server (GC/name/dom@DOM) unknown
Okay, time to bring some order into this. == Keytab and replication == Editing servicePrincipalName cleaned up the keytab. Some things are even replicating correctly (modulo the missing host), others aren't. DNS replication (DC=ForestDnsZones and DC=DomainDnsZones) is still not working, at least one host is trying to connect to deleted servers for this. The other I cannot confirm because

Samba 4 "Services for UNIX"? [SOLVED]
To get the automount schema to work with the git checkout of samba 4 I had to modify the automount schema files and separate the attributes from the classes. I also discovered that it's required to have the ntSecurityDescriptor , instanceType, and objectCategory attributes. Without these it will crash whenever you try to browse... I did alot of stopping samba, tarring of /usr/local/samba and

attributeID is not known in our schema, not fixing replPropertyMetaData
Hi We migrated Windows 2003 with Exchange to Samba 4.2.14, 4.3.11 (we have few Samba DCs). Exchange is not needed. Joining was OK but replication is not working. Forcing sync with all attributes from the original WIN DC does not work Seems like the most accurate Samba 4.2.14 (used for changing passwords, adding users etc) has DB error: samba-tool dbcheck : ERROR(<type

samba segfault with autofs schema
Samba 4.0.0beta3, CentOS 6.2 32-bit. I am loading the automount schema into a vanilla Samba4 database. The schema can be found at: http://http://www.cbe.cornell.edu/~smt/Automount_template.txt and I am loading the schema as follows (samba is shut down): ldbadd -H private/sam.ldb.d/CN=SCHEMA,CN=CONFIGURATION, \ DC=DOMAIN,DC=TEST,DC=CORNELL,DC=EDU.ldb Automount_template.txt This appears
