Invalid zone operation IsSigned ERROR
Versions:
Samba 4.3.11-Ubuntu
Ubuntu: 16.04 and 14.04
NOT using bind for DNS.
3 Domain Controllers:
dc-1
dc-2
identity-c01
Using the DNS tool on Windows, or the command:
samba-tool dns query localhost xxxx.com <http://xxxx.com> @ ALL -U xxxx
causes the queried samba service to crash with the following output in the
syslog:

I tried upgrading samba and it said "2:4.3.11+dfsg-0ubuntu0.16.04.13" is the latest version.
The RSAT DNS Manager fails to list the contents of the zone. It actually kills the SMBD process when I try and I have to restart it. So I can't compare it to Apache Directory Studio.
Is there some way to query the underlying samba DNS data store to find the

testparm comaprison
Hi,
Recently we have added 4.10.7 as additional dc, to our existing 4.4.5
samba AD DC, comparing output testparm I have detected that 4.4.5 has
map readonly = no
store dos attributes = Yes
but 4.10.7 doesn't have
Also compared smb.conf and both has the same configuration.
Is this correct? Are required this configurations on 4.10.7?
In a few day I want to upgrade this 4.4.5

Problem to join a windows XP
Hi,
I'm not able to join a windows XP machine in samba AD DC. This XP machine is a VM.
No problems when joining Windows 10 machines to this DC.
On XP machine, after inserting the Administrator username\password to join the domain, the error message is - error while attempting to join the domain "VIDROESTE.IND": Internal error.
I can see that the XP machine account was created in AD

Two DC but Different UID
Hello!
Own two Dcs Samba 4.4, this all OK, but ids are different:
Example DC2:
id tr005
uid = 3000039 (TESTELOCAL \ tr005) gid = 100 (users) groups = 100
(users), 3000039 (TESTELOCAL \ tr005), 3,000,009 (BUILTIN \ users)
Example DC2:
id tr005
uid = 3000023 (TESTELOCAL \ tr005) gid = 100 (users) groups = 100
(users), 3000023 (TESTELOCAL \ tr005), 3,000,001 (BUILTIN \ users)

Yes, and I think the same as you. He would STILL BE USING WINBINDD. The
only difference was that he would also be including a EXPLICIT -winbind
instruction instead of only disabling it implicitly. If you don't see the
difference I don't know

Samba4 + Shared Folders
Hello dear,
Could help me?
I have configured a server with CentOS and Samba4, both Linux and
Windows stations joined to the domain with successfully. However, I
can not share access to a single set in Samba4, except share folder
default (sysvol and netlogon). The error returned is "Permission
Denied".

I have interfaces disabled i mean that i bind on everything on samba
ac-dc...
What here is what is weird, (via bind9 DLZ i am using it and is working),
but on my clients i am getting some weird ipv6 addresses:

Problems with Secondary DC
Problems with Secondary DC
My scenario:
DC1 = = SRV14=primary DC + DHCP Bind9
DC2 = SRV15=secondary DC + Bind9
Both running Samba 4.4.5.
Through the Group Policy Management, when switching DC, when I try to connect to DC2, I get error message:
"There was an error processing to collect data using this base domain controller. Change the base domain controller and try again."
