reboot guest on panic
I have a guest that keeps crashing and want to automatically reboot it
when it crashes. See:
xen PV guest kernel 2.6.32 processes lock up in D state
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=550724
if you want to look at the details on the crashing.
Anyway, I boot the guest with the kernel command line parameter:
hung_task_panic=1
I have kernel.panic = 15 in the guest /etc/sysctl.conf

Has anyone been able to start a Fedora 16 VM in Xen PV?
All,
I've had a heck of a time getting Fedora 16 to run as a guest VM under
CentOS 5.7 host as a paravirtualized Xen guest. I believe the issue has
something to do with Fedora 16 using grub2...
When I attempt to start the VM (via xm create), I get this error:
Using config file "/etc/xen/fedora-workstation".
Traceback (most recent call last):

hi list.. I am trying to add an ldif with my users that I have derived
from /etc/passwd. for some reason ldapadd is choking on the first
entry... I've also tried removing the first one and predictably each
one fails in exactly the same way...may I ask how best to correct
this?
Here is the error:
LDAP# ldapadd -x -D "cn=Manager,dc=summitnjhome,dc=com" -W -f /tmp/passwd.ldif

Different ways/commands to join an AD domain
Hi List
I'm a bit puzzled about the different ways to join a W2012R2 D domain, as there are multiple ways of doing that, and I'm not sure which is the right or best one.
Background: we have different OS (Centos 5/6, Debian 8/9) which are or will be integraded into the AD.
using "realm join ubxad.u-blox.net" (Debian 8/9)
i could join the domain but got

Samba file server 4.4.4 - trust relationship

The enterprise.com domain (with samba 4.5) maintains a trust relationship
with the example.com domain running on windows server 2012R2.
The problem occurs when a user of the example.com (windows server) domain
