Nun habe ich ohne Erfolg versucht, R zu installieren. Soweit ich der Anleitung folgen konnte habe ich es so wie auf http://wiki.ubuntuusers.de/R gemacht. Im Terminal kann ich R problemlos starten. Adding SNI support to SSH
Good morning, I was wondering what you think about SNI (server name indication) support to OpenSSH? Background: SSH is one of the rare protocols in the data center that cannot be easily load balanced, proxied or made highly available. If the ssh client would indicate to which host it wants to connect to, a proxy or load balancer could easily be implemented. While this is an obvious feature for

Samba4 on Ubuntu 18.04 Howto setup ADDC with bind9_DLZ (extra part 4.8.1 samba)
Hai, And yes, i can confirm that Rowland is correct about my point of view. I'll also explain a bit why so people can understand my thoughts. I install a server as minimal as possible, yes, you might miss some packages, but you can install these after the base setup. The Why is, This saves a lot of space, unneeded updates/upgrade of packages you dont use and it results in a more stable

y-axis in histograms
Dear R- list, I have some data to present with histograms. Therefore I used hist(...). I have few values with almost 80% of the frequencies (totaly 800) and some other values with low frequencies ( totaly 5 -10 ) that I want to emphasize. Therefore I want to "cut" the y-axis on 100, but I don't know how to deal with this. Thanks in advance, Michael Graber

deliver & override homedir
Hi We're in the phase of converting our existing unix-based users to virtual users. Goal is to make mail-spool totaly independent of home-spool. For that reason, NO files can be written to home. I've solved the problem for all files, except for .dovecot.lda-dupes. I can see in duplicate.c #define DUPLICATE_PATH "~/.dovecot.lda-dupes" I thought being clever and override in

gsl lib version detected wrong during install
Hello everyone, I've tried to install the R gsl package but without success because R claims there needs to be a gsl library version >= 1.12 installed on the system. Actually gsl library version 1.12 is installed locally in my home directory and I set PATH and LD_LIBRARY_PATH in .bash_profile to point to corresponding bin and lib directory. gsl-config is accessible from everywhere in the

Speeding up the boot was not the goal, it's an effect.

Systemd spends 6 min. to startup a host
This looks like modifications broke network configuration and it may affect startup speed. Please try standard network configuration first. -- Eero 2015-10-05 11:38 GMT+03:00 Mihamina Rakotomandimby < mihamina.rakotomandimby at rktmb.org>: > On 10/03/2015 07:47 PM, C.L.
