compiling samba 4.7.1 on centos 7
If anyone has any info on this it would be really helpful. Also, it looks like centos 7.4 has krb5 1.15.1. If I build with samba-dc turned on, will that be okay as the krb5 version is new enough? ________________________________ From: samba <samba-bounces at lists.samba.org> on behalf of Dylan Stephano-Shachter via samba <samba at lists.samba.org> Sent: Sunday, November 12, 2017

High named cpu
Hi there. I'm running an AD DC in a KVM VM, a centos7 server. named is showing a very hight cpu usage, close to 100%. I just increased the number of CPUs to 2 to cope. This is a small company, with perhaps 20 workstations and another 20 linux servers. There shouldn't be that much happening. top - 17:27:48 up 2:29, 1 user, load average: 1.08, 1.13, 1.09 Tasks: 139 total, 1 running,

followup -- deficiencies in readline capability
Why would R lack history capability? Someone in a private electronic mail message suggested the possibility that I was running R in a non-writable directory. This is not the case, as the following logfile shows (where "$ " is my shell prompt): $ ls -ld `pwd` drwxrwxrwx 15 sys sys 2560 Apr 30 08:10 /tmp $ R --vanilla R : Copyright 2002, The R Development Core Team

[LLVMdev] SysUtils.c compile problem on Mac OSX 10.3 with llvm-1.4
I am currently running on a Mac OSX 10.3.8 and trying to compile llvm-1.4 on my local machine for Prof. Adve's class. I am using Apple's provided gcc 3.3 as my compiler. I ran into this compile error: SysUtils.c: In function `executeProgram': SysUtils.c:119: error: `RTLD_NEXT' undeclared (first use in this function) SysUtils.c:119: error: (Each undeclared identifier is reported

Ok, I'm following the bug https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13191 If there is a bug release planned I'll sit this out until then. standardization of values before call to pam() or clara()
Greetings, Experimenting with the cluster package, and am starting to scratch my head in regards to the *best* way to standardize my data. Both functions can pre-standardize columns in a dataframe. according to the manual: Measurements are standardized for each variable (column), by subtracting the variable's mean value and dividing by the variable's mean absolute deviation. overlay additional axes
Greetings, I am trying to add an extra labled axis in position 3 (top x-axis), with numbers that do not match up with the existing axes. Surely this must be possible, and I am just doing it incorectly. So far I have tried the following: #make a plot plot(TIK, type="l", cex=.25, xlim=c(2,32), ylim=c(0,1600)) #try and add a new axis with different numbers in position 3

Little Ferret Problem
I''ve implemented Ferret, using the instructions here: http://wiki.rubyonrails.com/rails/pages/HowToIntegrateFerretWithRails I get no errors in the application at all... however, I always get 0 results. I built an index off of some data, it exists in the index/ directory, the form submits find... etc... Just 0 results... all the time :) I confirmed the data from my models is being put

Sanity Check
Maaaaaaaaaaaaajor sanity check needed. I wrote a simple little plugin, and it wouldn''t load. I put some comments in it''s init.rb, and it didn''t even spit those out. So, I dug into the initializer.rb (/vendor/rails/railties/lib/initializer.rb) to see wtf is going on, and found the problem... but... can''t explain it. Here is the code in question:

RJS and Form Validation (Best Practice)
Hello All ! I''ve been using RJS extensively, but haven''t done any form validation with it until now. Should I be manually passing the RJS template some models error messages from the controller.... or ... should I be using error_messages_for in order to do the display ? I''ve implemented the first approach, but it seems like quite a hack. Any insight would be greatly

form_remote_tag and redirects
I would like to have a login box setup so that if incorrect info is submitted, the box "shakes" via Effect.Shake. If the correct information is submitted, I want to redirect to some other page. The only solution I''ve found is the following, which is pretty ugly, as it displays the javascript I''m invoking on the page prior to the redirect. Here is the code: The Form

How to add new AVR targets?
Hi Dylan, looks ok now. One thing: the ISR is now: __vector_21: ; @__vector_21 __vector_21$local: sei push r0 push r1 in r0, 63 push r0 clr r0 push r24 lds r24, v1 sts v2, r24 pop r24 pop r0 out 63, r0 pop r1 pop r0 reti There are unneccessary push/pops of r1 and r0 too, since the clr is useless ... GCC had the same

Status of the AVR backend
Hey all, The AVR backend has now finally been merged in-tree completely. Thanks to Krzysztof and Matt for all of their hard work reviewing patches <https://reviews.llvm.org/differential/query/AuHaJ3SXjDmO> Development will now halt on the downstream repository (on GitHub <https://github.com/avr-llvm/llvm>), and it will now be done LLVM proper. This is good news, especially for the
