Hi folks,
I've completely re-installed my DC's and Linux member. I've
followed the docs step-by-step on Samba's wiki page, everything
is works as well.
Here is what I see on my member
# cat /etc/hosts
127.0.0.1 localhost localhost.localdomain

DC's are unavailable when PDC halted
Hi folks,
there are two Samba4 DC server. The first one is the "PDC", and
after I finished to set up that, I've joined the second one.
There is a Linux client, where I configured the samba, and joined
it to domain as member. Now I see these:
# net ads status -U administrator
objectClass: top
objectClass: person
objectClass: organizationalPerson
objectClass: user

Samba AD member lost domain join after reboot
I think I found my problem, when configuring my second domain
controller, I have created by mistake a round robin DNS entry on
"Forward Lookup Zones -> ad.samdom.local".
I speak of round-robin because I have two fields A pointing to the same
domain
Now I'm lost, you have a second domain controller in failover?
If so, could you give me your DNS configuration? I need information

Multiple userdb possible?
Hello,
I am running v2.0.13. In my dovecot.conf I have:
userdb {
args = /etc/dovecot/dovecot-usrdb-ldap.conf
driver = ldap
}
passdb {
args = /etc/dovecot/dovecot-passdb-ldap.conf
driver = ldap
}
Is it legitimate to include multiple ldap userdb's, like:
userdb {
args = /etc/dovecot/dovecot-usrdb-ldap1.conf
driver = ldap
}
passdb {
args =

disable spoolss - not working
Hi,
I don't want to have to downgrade my samba server to disable spoolss.
I'm running 2.2.3. (I assume I don't need 2.2.3a since it just fixed
an overwrite bug).
When I use "disable spoolss = no", I can access my printer
\\server\savin just fine.
When I use "disable spoolss = yes", I can see my printer (savin) in
\\server, but when I access it, I get:
