Hey everyone... I'm testing samba3 to samba4 migration and I'm having a problem with group migration. Basically, when I run classicupgrade, he keeps warning about group membership. I increase log level and it tells that the group that some users belongs to don't exist. Is there anyway to tell samba classicupgrade to import groups first and then do the rest? Kind regards, Bruno

Hello, we want to import Samba3 (tdb) passwords to a new Samba4 domain (no classicupgrade). Is it possible to export the password(-hashes) from samba3 and import them in samba4, maybe with ldbmodify? Hello, i have question about samba3 migration. I have 2 distincts sites whith samba3 PDC+OpenLDAP running on each site. On Site1, the machines accounts are specifics, same for the Users and Groups except 1 group that is common with Site2 (The Teachers).
