What is the ldb version your using? You need : 1.1.29 with samba 4.5.7. Error running "samba-tool dbcheck" after going from 4.8.6 to 4.9.2
I just tested Samba 4.9.2 on one of my DCs, previously running version 4.8.6. Can not build Samba 4.7.10
Samba 4.7.10 is unwilling to find my pyldb-util v 1.2.3 Checking for system pyldb-util (>=1.2.3 <=1.2.999) : not found ERROR: System library pyldb-util of version 1.2.3 not found, and bundling disabled Building of Samba 4.7.9 in the same environment works flawlessly. Can not build Samba 4.7.10
Hi, i would like to build Samba 4.7.10 on CentOS7 On this Server it is possible to build Samba 4.7.9 without any problems. My pyldb-util what is installed is 1.2.3 and Samba 4.7.10 can't find it. Hi all, I'm trying to build samba git master on Debian jessie with backported ldb/talloc/tdb/tevent but am getting this error even though the required libraries are installed. Compile Samba without AD/ADS for a slim installation
I am trying to compile samba4 for a raspberry pi. I just want it to be able to share a folder of files. I do not need or want all the functionality and features of a full blown samba installation. Lightweight build of smbclient only
I'm interested in using smbclient in an embedded Linux system, to copy files to a Windows file share. I don't need the entire samba suite.
