ssh authentication with AD
This seems to be common thread on the list, but I'm pulling my hair out and
have to ask..
I've been following a couple of guides and using AD to authenticate users
on my linux system. These include the ubuntu guide --

If by 'pam_krb5' you are referring to libpam-krb5, you do not require

self compiled samba domain member, jessie, pam config

I installed a debian jessie machine, compiled/installed samba 4.3.1,

nicely. Great docs on the wiki.
(https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Setup_a_Samba_AD_Member_Server)
One remaining thing: How do I exactly configure pam_winbind in the setup
above?
On the wiki I read that debian uses pam-auth-update. That does not seem

Not authentication on Slackware domain member
I've successfully set up a single-sign-on for a domain member using Ubuntu. Now I'm trying to
do the same for Slackware. I've and installed kerberos and PAM and followed the instructions in
https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Setup_Samba_as_an_AD_Domain_Member.
I can successfully do `wbinfo -u` and `getent passwd userID`. But, when I try to log I get:
$ su - mark
