List of reacheable partners
Hi everybody. Is there a way to have a list of reacheable partners and its connection status? I need to list all partners in any tinc instance, its status (connected / disconnected) and connection method (direct, relayed thru other partner, etc.) Thanks! -- *Ing. SIP registration with public dynamic ip address
Hi, I'm trying to configure a natted budgetone phone to a asterisk server as described in wiki using port forwarding. I successfully make call from the client but it seems it does not register the client ip address and when I try to recall it is not reacheable. Asterisk can manage natted sip client with dynamic ip address ? Bye -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment

pb with iptables snat script
hi list, oh it''s not really a problem. Each time i fire shorewall, i run a custom iptables script: (for the openvpn machines to have route back from my bridge/fw - $SOURCEIP is the ip of my OpenVPN/Fw/bridge) iptables -A POSTROUTING -t nat -s 10.8.0.0/16 -j SNAT --to-source $SOURCEIP i wish to better integrate it within shorewall, so is there any config files that could achieve the

xenconsole: How to get out?
Hi, XEN has a console that works in text mode ("xm console", e.g. via SSH). However with a German keyboard I''m having trouble to get out of the console again. Usually I login to Dom0 from another terminal, and then kill the xenconsole process. However I''d wish there was an easier way to get out. Maybe add a configurable escape key like for SSH? Regards, Ulrich

CTDB doesn't restart samba
Hi! I use the CTDB and I suppose it should restart the Samba service when it has gone down. I pointed the "CTDB_MANAGES_SAMBA=YES" in the config, so where is the problem? Why doesn't it follow Samba?

gracefully killing samba sessions on ctdb node restart?
Hi guys, We are currently running a clustered samba setup with 3 nodes very successfully. The only thing that bothers me is that whenever we change permissions on a shared directory, we have to restart ctdb on the nodes where affected users are still connected to push the changed permissions to the hosts by basically killing their connections and thus forcing them to reconnect. However,

Where is cached memory going?
As by the time, I've learned that Linux works by caching apps by using a lot of RAM and then it reallocates the new stuff by cleaning the old cached pages from memory as compared to other OSs. With 2 gigs of RAM often I see the free memory only as 100-400MB. Using TOP or PS, it doesn't look like any program or process is using excessive memory (the highest process is seen with 1-2% total

[Clang] memory allocation
Hi, Could anyone please help me understand why Clang reallocates the same memory address for different variables while their lifetime intersect? Here is an example code: #include <stdlib.h> #include <stdio.h> #include <memory.h> #include <alloca.h> /* Checking information */ static int solutions[] = { 1, 0, 0, 2, 10, /* 5 */
