If it is that bug that you're referencing, besides obviously upgrading, you could try to patch it yourself. Whether or not you need to patch this, probably depends on whether or not your users are actually seeing issues. I am unable to get a my Draytek working with our Asterisk server. I can make/recieve calls but get no audio. I have tried the various codecs at the Vigor end but still getting nothing. That's the problem we had with Asterisk and HT on a 2.4 Kernel: whenever Asterisk was staying in the RTP stream, and HT was enabled (on a Dell Dual Xeon system), we had choppy audio.
