remote password change, if password is expired
Hi,
I don't know if the password check script is executed if you change the password using samba. You can simply test it:
Download "LdapAdmin":
http://www.ldapadmin.org
Connect to your DC as a user. Then navigate to your user object and click on "Set password" in the context menu. Then you can verify if your script will be executed.

remote password change, if password is expired
Hi,
if you like to write something on your own using PHP you can use this library:
https://github.com/ldaptools/ldaptools
Then ask the users on the webpage for their username and password and bind with it to the LDAP.
Then you've to send an delete request of the unicodePwd field with the old password and then an add request with the new password. Both requests have to be in one query

administrative interface to the ldap repository containing the users and
Groups. I,m hoping for some recommendations.
I have attempted the following.
Samba Console:

The difficulty I'm having is that it is

GUI Front End for OpenLDAP admin (users & groups)
Does there exist a GUI Front End for OpenLDAP admin for CentOS 5 (RHEL
5)?
The binary (i386) rpm for directory_adminstrator works just fine with
CentOS 4, but does't install under CentOS 5 and the src RPM does not
build (I hacked the spec file and did install the build deps, but it is
using an old hack for finding libgnome (/usr/lib/gnomeConf.sh or
something like that).
I installed

sambaLogonScript [another] problem

Internal LDAP problem
Hi!
I'm trying to use the internal LDAP provided by Samba4 to store mail
domains used by SOGo. I have two sets of users. Those used by Samba and
created through samba-tool and those created under some "ou" I have made
up. A few days ago I was able to change the latter users passwords using
"ldapadmin" (a windows LDAP client) but today I am not. When I try to

I don't remember anything other that what I've written in the bug João

Probably something like this patch

WG: Samba, ldap and machine accounts
Hello G?tz,
grep yourself ldapadmin to administrate samba3
http://ldapadmin.sourceforge.net.
What means to a certain point? You must add the machines on your centosbox
to samba/ldap with the
smbldap-tools (This never worked with my version). I did it with ldapadmin.

[LLVMdev] x86_stdcallcc @<n> mangling vs. '\1' prefix [was: x86_stdcallcc and extra name mangling on Windows]
The patch looks incorrect. The code just needs to handle \1 properly
and clang extended to add explicit \1 to the names which does not
require mangling.
I do not think that moving whole mangling to clang is a good idea,
because then everyone who uses LLVM to call WinApi functions will need
to mangle by hands.
