Replication issue
Before digging into the whole stack of what composed an AD, I would try to
replace this second DC (the one you called SDC).
When joining a DC to a Samba AD domain,if this DC was already decalred as
DC, Samba first demote that DC to then start a the whole process to join
that DC to the domain. And that whole process includes re-creation of the
AD database locally with full synchronisation.

Replication between two servers fails
I have two zentyal servers running samba, one as PDC and one as additional
DC. It was working perfectly until last week. Now if I add a new computer to
the domain it appears on one of our DCs but not on the other one. Same with
users, if I deactivate one it doesn't get deactivated on the other DC. I was
waiting more than a day to make sure it's not syncing .
If I execute 'sudo

Thanks Garming.
We currently use a standalone bind DNS server. Will the later version of
samba work without the integrated DNS backend?
Cheers

dns replication error due to deleted records
Today I noticed something that has been going on for some weeks:
I have 2 dc, (dc1 and dc2) both debian buster with the distro provided
samba (4.9.5), recently upgraded from stretch.
samba-tool drs showrepl on dc2 says

Resolving Schema & Configuration Replication Issues
I have three S4 DCs (Sernet 4.5.2) all in happy replication, and a
Windows 2008r2 DC to which the Exchange scema was added - it has
failed to replication the schema/configuration ever since [yet
consultants forged onwards].
It is possible to attempt to retry the replication somehow - we have
since update the S4 DCs. Something like a "drs replicate --full-sync"?

WERR_BAD_NET_RESP on replication (--full-sync)
Hello,
We have a Windows 2008 DC (inview-dc1 and a samba 4.4.16 (inview-dc2)
server as a backup DC.
The system for the most-part works OK, but occasionally the Samba DC
goes wildly out of sync (with respect to group membership), normally
after a change to a large group.
I have noted previously before the out-of-sync event occurs, this
command always fails thus :

Samba4 - Corrupted group caused stop of replication - "Object class violation"
Hi Samba List!
We are using Samba Version 4.1.12 on two master DC.
We've noticed that a corrupted group has been created, we tried to
delete it, and since then, the replication fail between the two DC.
The result of the command : "samba-tool drs showrepl" is the following

There is a group in my AD that has a user that does not exist. I can see it

Replication Failure Issue
Thanks Carlos,
The thing is, that I did not upgrade the version of Samba - that is the next step, so the ports used would not have changed. I only updated the OS.

Schema Change Breaks Replication
I believe a schema change on a Windows DC (2008rc) has broken
replication with our S4 DCs. Anyone have any tips or pointers to
resolve this?
I have three S4 DCs [CentOS6] and one Windows 2008R2 DC. The Windows
2008R2 DC has the schema master FSMO, and I believe the Exchange schema
was added.
I am willing to pay US dollars to get this issue resolved. I need the

Update the destination to 4.7.4 when this is released in a few days.
I hope this helps,

samba 4.7.0 replication errors
Hallo,
we have 5 ADDCs. All of them did run with sernet-samba 4.6.7.
I updated 4 of them to sernet-samba 4.7.0, one after the other, checked replication, everything seemed to be ok.
One day later a colleague wanted to delete a lot of users with a powershell-script and since then the
replication doesnt work anymore. (Im sure the script is not the problem, but it seemes like it triggered something)
