Hi, Rowland, Thanks for your advise. I've been updated the version to 4.2.5, the rpm query is as below, but it still didn't work. [root at testcad16 samba]# rpm -qa | grep samba sernet-samba-4.2.5-19.el6.x86_64 sernet-samba-libs-4.2.5-19.el6.x86_64 sernet-samba-libsmbclient0-4.2.5-19.el6.x86_64 sernet-samba-client-4.2.5-19.el6.x86_64 sernet-samba-common-4.2.5-19.el6.x86_64 [root at

Once again: Samba always comes with its own users database. You have Samba so you have Samba users in addition of systems users. You have to use smbpasswd -a username. And telling that, I'm not asking you anything, I'm telling you what you have to do to solve your issue. 2015-11-04 11:28 GMT+01:00 Roger Wu <wu1004 at gmail.com>: > 2015-11-04 17:11 GMT+08:00 Rowland Penny

Re: Can't create any KVM template due to the error with libguestfs
Hi, Two doubts. 1. What I've to replace in "NEEDED"? or I need to just run the whole command you given 2. You mean this one, rpm -qa | grep libguestfs* On Mon, Mar 16, 2015 at 5:35 PM, Richard W.M. Firefox fails to authenticate .mil sites with New DoD CAC
Can anyone help with getting the new DoD CACs (Smart Card) to work in CentOS 6.6? I don't use it for console logins, only for email and .mil web sites. I recently had to get a new DoD CAC (Smart Card) when one of the buildings I work in upgraded their security system. My old CAC was working fine prior to this for signing and encrypting email and for authenticating to various DoD (.mil) sites

Openssl C6 distro tag different from upstream
Hi, Just noticed that the distro tag used in openssl is different from upstream. Upstream and the last update (openssl-1.0.1e-30.el6_6.7) use "el6_6" where as the latest update (openssl-1.0.1e-30.el6.8) uses "el_6". Any reason for this discrepancy?
