upgrading samba 4.1.4 to the latest samba 4 release
You should think about using alternate repositories like from launchpad. The most common repository used seems the one from sernet. You need to register at sernet for this. Have a look at http://enterprisesamba.com/ Regards Tim Am 6. M?rz 2015 19:38:23 MEZ, schrieb Tadewos Alemneh <tadewosa at yahoo.com>: >I've installed samba 4.1.4 on Ubuntu 12.04 server. I was trying to achieve the same thing through another Linux server that is not the AD DC. So I thought that it would be possible for them to change their AD passwords through "passwd", but it didn't seem to work properly, because
