Making Samba4 log data accessible in MsWindows EventLog Viewer?
I'd like to make the data in the logs from Samba4 available to view in MsWindows Eventlog Viewer. The most information I can find on this subject is this link: https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Event_Logging Here's what I think I understand from that article: 1) Tell samba which event log 'names' to create (and somehow report to the Ms. EventViewer); 2) Find/develop a program

I apologize but I made an error and just sent the message with the same 'subject' without saying that the files can be found in the R/bin/ms-windows/win-32-devel directory at CRAN (in this moment only at the Wien site, I suppose). In addition, please, replay to this message not to the one before. guido -.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-

R-0.62.4 for MSWindows
Following the release of R-0.62.4, I have update my Win32's port. New features: - The console can be configured (font, colours, dimensions). No fancy dialog (yet), but look to the rw0624/etc/Rconsole file. - help.start() now is implemented. Of course, you need the html documentation. Bugs fixed (I hope): - Alt+Gr problems on some European keyboards. - Focus is 'always'

Speed up plotting to MSWindows graphics window
Hello, I am working on a project analysing the performance of motor-vehicles through messages logged over a CAN bus. I am using R 2.12 on Windows XP and 7 I am currently plotting the data in R, overlaying 5 or more plots of data, logged at 1kHz, (using plot.ts() and par(new = TRUE)). The aim is to be able to pan, zoom in and out and get values from the plotted graph using a custom Qt

RE: live migration with xen 2.0.7 with fibre channel onDebian - help needed
I had this exact same problem with 2.0.7. I had done a little investigation and found scheduled_work gets called to schedule the shutdown in the user domain kernel, but the shutdown work that gets scheduled never actually gets called. I''m glad someone else is seeing this same problem now :-) Like you, it worked a number of times in a row, then would fail, and it didn''t seem to

filesystem corruption?
Got an older server here, running CentOS 6.6 (64-bit). Suddenly, at 0-dark-30 yesterday morning, we had failures to connect. After several tries to reboot and get working, I tried yum update, and that failed, complaining of an python krb5 error. With more investigation, I discovered that logins were failing as there was a problem with pam; this turned out to be it couldn't open
